Spent the weekend at Harrah’s and on my last night decided to try out Guy’s and I’m so upset that I didn’t eat here sooner. The atmosphere was amazing and the hostesses were very welcoming. But the absolute best thing about my experience was my server Jen. She was the absolute most attentive server that I have had in a long time. She recommended the Kobe Burger and paired it with the Lobster Mac and cheese. She could not have been more spot on about how delicious it was. For dessert she recommended the Salted Caramel Bread Pudding. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone and if you want the absolute best experience sit in Jen’s section she will not steer you wrong. Thank you Hen I will definitely be back to see you again.

The food and service were spot on. We didnt have to wait very long for the food to come out or refills. Our waitress was top notch. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and casino. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

We gave Guy a shot! We had reservations and were welcomed by the host. He was very friendly. We had reservations and arrived on time, but still had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. It was a Saturday night and entire place was packed! Our server was on the spot and took our drink order, but it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. We ordered a couple of apps – the lobster lollipops and the shrimp dish. Both of these were very good! My wife got the ribs and substituted the potatoes for the brussel sprouts. The ribs were tender and the meat just fell off the bones. The sprouts were a little too sweet for her and later give her a bit of ingestion. I ordered the NY strip. It was prepared as requested, but the meat was loaded with tough and chewy. It had a lot of gristle throughout the entire piece of meat. My sides were fried asparagus and potato wedges. They too were a bit disappointing – they were boarderline cold! My grandson got a chicken dish that more of less – chicken tenders. He said his meal was good, but it was not what he was expecting. His girlfriend got the pulled pork sandwich, but she was satisfied with her meal. We had 4 cocktails and 4 beers with our meal. With tip, the meal came to a whopping $340 and it was not worth it! We could have gone to a chain restaurant for a lot less and got the same or better quality food. We probably go to the food court next time and pass on Guy’s place!

Had an incredible experience with Jen as my server and having her “surprise me” with my entree. The salmon dish she brought out was INCREDIBLE! She also introduced me to Burgoo as the soup of the day…yum! GREAT service & food! Thanks Jen!

The food isn’t anything that is going to blow you out of the water but the service here is very good and the bar area is pretty cool, especially if you’re looking to catch some sports and don’t want to go to your room or the sports book.

The menu is small but I havent had a bad meal here and have been here a few times. Our waitress this last visit was really nice and the hostess entertained my dinner reservation under the name of Al Pacino like a champ.

I think a fair score would be 4.5/5 because the food could be a little better but it’s convenient being right at the entrance of the Cherokee tower and the service is good. Would definitely come here again though. Just don’t expect some sort of phenomenal restaurant experience- it’s Guy Fieris.

The photos are of the macaroni and cheese burger, chicken wings and lobster lollipops. We visited on a Friday night and we’re seated immediately with no reservation. The waistaff was efficient and knowledge of the menu. It had the feel of a elevated diner (not in a bad way). The is a wall of plates signed by celebrities which was kinda cool to look at. The food was well prepared and good. The location was very convenient to hotel guests and the casino. It is a fun place to grab a bite and cocktail before heading into the casino

I had a fantastic experience at Guy Fieri’s restaurant. The food was absolutely top-notch, especially the Kobe hamburger—it was cooked perfectly, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had.

For dessert, we tried the whiskey chocolate cake, and it was a great way to end the meal. The portion was generous enough to share, and the flavor was rich without being overly sweet. It struck a nice balance that made it enjoyable to the last bite.

Overall, the food was impressive, and the experience lived up to the hype. Highly recommended!

Grabbed a quick brunch on our way out of leaving Harrah’s Cherokee resort. The food came out so quick and was amazing. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the nashville chicken. The waffle flavored fries were phenomenal! Would definitely eat here if you are staying at the hotel.

Not what we expected at all. Food was not great. Lobster Mac n cheese only had little bits of lobster on the top. The All American Kobe was not as described. Not even close to a smash burger, definitely a pre-made patty. My group ordered two, one medium and one medium well. The burgers were plated with the wrong sides (so the wrong people got them). Waiter didnt seem to have much personality. At one point I had two and a half glasses of tea, due to him bringing refills, whole my father had a half of glass of Pepsi; he was the only one that didnt recieve refills while the rest of us got refills we didnt need. Very disappointed. The hosts were wonderful, but that’s the only positive I have for the experience. For the price that is paid is was lacking in many areas. No intentions of going back.

Enjoyed an early dinner while staying at Harrahs Cherokee Resort and Casino. Ordered the Salmon with brussel sprouts instead of asparagus and it was delicious. The brussels were nice and crispy and the fish was cooked well. My companion ordered the trout and it was also excellent. The portion were also large, so no room for dessert. The restaurant is located in the new tower, so it was quite a walk from the Mountain tower where our room was located.
