I took my mom out for a while and while walking around the shops, I invited her to have lunch. I’ve never had fried green tomatoes and they were really good. The strawberry salad with steak was also pretty good. And lastly the pink butter was also great.

Left completely satisfied after this meal! Started with the fried avocado appetizer—crispy, creamy, amazing. Then I went for the fish and chips (yes, a little heavy, but so worth it). The fish was flaky and perfectly fried, and their sauces? Seriously good, perfect for dipping everything. The staff were super friendly, making the experience even better. The vibe is chill and welcoming, the kind of place locals quietly love. Honestly, it’s a combo of comfort food done right and great hospitality. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for a hearty, flavorful seafood meal with a few fun starters thrown in. Already planning my next visit!

My husband and I have come here multiple times and it’s lovely! The atmosphere and food are both great. Our server today was Linda and she took great care of us. I tried a new food item and it didn’t agree with me. Linda was incredibly kind about it and took it off the bill for us, while also getting me a side salad. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness. It’s always been a great experience here and we highly recommend it

First time on the area and it’s so cute.. I can’t believe I didn’t know this restaurant was here all this time..
We got the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was really good. A little bit salty. But good. I got the Chicken sandwich with the chipotle solo and it was kinda spicy for my taste.. but not bad at all! We also got the Philly and the club sandwich that were good..
And then the raviolis with Alfredo sauce, which wasn’t good at all. It was pretty much like soup and tasted it like flour I don’t recommend it anything else Was Really Good.

Dined at Archibald’s restaurant tonight for an event and it was a fantastic experience! Marcia J helped arrange the event and shared the history of Gardner Village and it was very interesting to hear! I had no idea that the property and restaurant had been here as long as it’s been! The restaurant was a lovely venue with a good amount of space for any event! The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was clean and had a lot of character. Food was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back to try their FRIED GREEN TOMATOES!!
Also, I may or may not have purchased a container of their AMAZING blackberry butter.

I had high hopes, left disappointed. From the minute I walked in and asked the hostes for a table by a window and her crappy attitudex then being sat next to a wall on a dirty booth…. And asking for that to be wiped off…. From finding the manager “Jess” after I go for a short stroll around the restaurant and find 3 opened by a window and I ask her for one of those … To sub par food. The crab on the avocado crab salad is fake meat, the chicken cordon bue was dry … And the pot roast!! That’s what I came for. Talk about a disappointment. Small portion of pot roast and why serve a heaping pile of soggy and watered down veggies on the same plate? The gravy taste like it’s instant and over all … I can get a better meal at cracker barrel. Save your money and go someplace else.

I love Archibalds. It’s always a fun time visiting Gardner Village and stopping in for lunch. One of my favorite places. The service and waitress are always so kind and friendly. We’ve had Jamie the past few times, she’s wonderful.

Gardner Village is absolutely adorable during the holidays! ✨ The festive atmosphere, charming decorations, and cozy vibe make it such a fun place to stroll through. There are tons of unique shops to explore—perfect for finding gifts or just enjoying the seasonal displays.
We also ate at Archibald’s Restaurant, and the food was delicious! The menu had great variety, everything was flavorful, and the service was warm and welcoming. It was the perfect way to end a day of shopping and holiday cheer.
Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a magical holiday outing with great food and plenty of holiday charm
