Whenever I’m in the mood for a steak, I come here. The steak is always cooked right, it’s juicy and full of flavor. The salad is always good and the bread is utterly addictive – I find myself wanting to eat multiple baskets. Siegi’s was a combo of great food, attentive service, and a cool environment. I had a knackwurst and bratwurst platter with sauerkraut and German potato salad. It was delicious and seemed pretty authentic from what I remember from high school German class. The manager/waiter was very friendly, and convinced me to get some apple strudel for dessert, and I’m glad I did.

The dining experience is very nice and the food is always great quality. Very clean tables and friendly staff!
Besides for the lady we’ve had “greet” us at the door every time we visit. She usually makes it seem like you’ve ruined her day by coming in.
But maybe that’s the atmosphere they like.
Everything we’ve ordered here has been amazing. Food comes out hot and smelling terrific! The taste is always phenomenal and reliably consistent.
We need to dine here more often.

The owners were extremely accommodating, nice as well as helpful.
The entrées and deserts are top tier.
First place I’ve been to that not only welcomed my service dog, but also offered a treat.
If I didn’t live four hours away, I’d comeback tomorrow.

I went with a native German. I also have been in Germany and can see the difference between the two styles of American and German dishes.
The red cabbage was absolutely delicious! It is a bit sweeter than the version in Germany but I kind of prefer it that way.
The schnitzel I found alright. It was very chewy.
The sausages were great. We tried Bratwurst with cheese inside, which the whole table enjoyed, Polish sausage which is a bit tough, but I hear that’s how it’s supposed to be and my German friend said that’s how it’s supposed to be and said it felt like the most authentic food there out of all of it. And then we also had regular Bratwurst which I think was my favorite, which was a bit sweeter and very tender.
We also had the Cucumber and Dill salad on the side which was very authentic-tasting. The sauce was fantastic.
The atmosphere is homey and calm. No loud music made conversation easier to hear and understand the server.

I go to pool out by Siegi’sSausage Factory. So its super convenient to drop and grab dinner. The pretzel is out of the world delicious. I love the sauerkrat the pices are amazing. Everything Is delicious. Saturday evening they had a gentle play music. Awesome atmosphire.

My wife & I have been here a few times. The food is outstanding! The portions are generous and the care taken in developing and executing the menu is apparent instantly upon tasting. The beer & wine menu is varied and the staff is knowledgeable about it. The service is punctual, attentive and friendly. It is busy, for good reason, you may have to wait a moment for a table, but it is well worth the wait and gives you opportunity to check out the market.

We went today 8-8-2024 and had lunch. It was good. We both got two different types of sausages and sauerkraut and hot potato salad. It was served with a brown mustard. I am glad I went. German food is different from what I am accustomed to . It’s good to get out of my comfort zone and eat other foods. I had a German beer it was very good. I recommend giving them a try .
