Black Mold, beware! Would never eat here again and highly recommend that you do not either. If this is the condition of their lobby, customer facing machine, I can only imagine how everything else is maintained here. Reported to worker, who got us drink from back. However still observed other workers giving cups out to other customers afterwards. They do not use the number/tents and expect customers to enter random numbers, then get upset when the customers don’t come to the front when they call the number (instructions on machine and all other locations they bring them to you at your table with your number). Complaint has been filed, save yourself and your health and avoid this location at all costs.

Service is incredibly horrible at this McDonald’s. 90% of the workers don’t speak any English. It takes me 5 minutes to order my food because they don’t understand what I’m saying. The food has been absolutely horrible. Workers aren’t providing good service, they always look miserable. I understand it is fast food but this is so bad.

Ordered curbside pickup, but when I arrived there was a sign saying curbside was closed and customers had to use the drive-thru. This was not disclosed in the app when ordering.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When I pulled up I asked why curbside was closed and the only answer was “because of ice.” Maybe hire US Citizens
Got home and found the order was wrong — missing bacon on a sandwich and missing fries from a Happy Meal.
If curbside isn’t available, it shouldn’t be offered, and orders should at least be accurate. Very frustrating experience.

This McDonald’s was just a very cool pit stop to Wyoming, MN. At first glance it was a very cool ifferent looking McDonald’s. We walked inside, and since the McDonald’s Monopoly was going on, they had fabulous decorations up! The food was very good, got order right. Was a little trashy but that’s customers fault.

Went through drive thru. Got home to find we were shorted a cheeseburger, yet charged us for it, leaving one person with no dinner. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt to talk to the manager only to get automated voice telling me to leave a message. But there was no way to leave a message. It just kept repeating to leave a message. The fries were absolute crap! Way under cooked. Had to throw them away! They weren’t even busy. Worst service for McDonalds ever!!!

Stopped in for some breakfast burritos. All of which were nearly empty. Having worked at McDonald’s I know each burrito is supposed to get 1 full scoop of sausage egg filling (it comes pre made in a bag that just needs to be warmed). All the burritos we got were MAYBE a half scoop.
I ordered my burrito Ala carte and a small coke. My husband got the meal with a medium coke.
The employees said the system automatically UPCHARGED my husband’s meal .20 cents for the small coke, and charged us for the medium coke separately when I looked at our receipt.
I don’t get mcds often, and was excited about getting a breakfast burrito.
This turned out to be a $14.46 mistake.

Service is terrible during lunch hours. The employees seem to be more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Ordered at the kiosk and took forever forever to get the food. And even when I got the food, the missed two items. Plus I ordered a free snack wrap and they said they didnt have tortillas.

There are no baby changing stations in either restroom, even though there is more than enough room. No excuse for that in this day and age. It also seemed like only one or two people were doing all the work, and they were not keeping up. There were constant alarms going off in the kitchen, and it sometimes took them several minutes to get them turned off. The food was fine, but overall, not a typical McDonald’s experience.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and was disappointed with the slow service. It’s possible that they need to hire more staff to keep up with demand. The reviews I’ve read seem to echo this sentiment, which is unfortunate because I believe this location has potential. Perhaps with some adjustments to their staffing and workflow, they can improve the overall experience for customers.
