Absolutely disgusting. Not to be a Karen or anything but this was genuinely gross. The whole kitchen in the back was messy and so were the lines. The employees were the rudest. The lobby was the most disgusting part. Countless spills on the grounds and doesn’t look like it’s been swept in weeks. The drink station was gross and so were the tables, not a single one clean. I always walk into a chipotle with low expectations but this was bizarre.

This place is very hit or miss. The bowls are almost never full and staff are always rude. They are either out of ice, cups, silverware, or napkins. I would avoid if you can.

2 of my coworkers and myself ordered 3 burrito bowls. Both of my coworker ordered extra protien in their bowls and I did not. Either way all 3 bowls were super light and not full at all. Paying the extra almost $7.00 for extra protien to get this small amount of food is wild and very disappointing. Typically when we order our bowls are full and these are not even close.

Food was fine. This review is for the horrible staff that left a trainee to do way too much on his own. It had to be his first or 2nd day. He was so sweet. He clearly seemed a bit over his head. 3 of the cold sides were running out and he yelled he needed more. He was laughed at by 2 employees who then said “you’re supposed to get the cold ones on your own.” Him being a literal trainee had no idea. But he grabbed them. Whole this is happening another employee was literally making burritos for his friends. He jumped over my food to continue making his. The trainee was trying to get all the cold sides replaced and this guy is in the way making his friends burrito. He shouts to his friend “want cheese on it?” .. I was absolutely shocked. How do you not stop and help your brand new employee? The trainee did amazing honestly. He was pretty much on his own as the line grew all the way to the door. When the burrito making guy came back he then told the trainee what he’s supposed to do to replace the cold sides while the kid is trying to finish 3 orders. He was so respectful to his coworkers. So kind to me and the customers behind me. Only reason I’ve giving even 2 stars is because of him. He gets an A for his effort. I never mind waiting longer for employees training. But I do mind when trainees are treated so poorly, laughed at and ignored. I’m sorry to that young man. I hope his day got better.

I had a catering order scheduled for 6:00 pm on Friday, January 16 for a party starting at 6:30. It is less than a 10 drive so timing should have worked.

I arrived at 5:50 and waited over 30 minutes past pickup time. The first box came out at 6:32 and the second at 6:36, making me late to my own event.

I told the cashier I was there for catering at 5:55 pm, but no one followed up. I eventually had to stop another employee just to get a status update before the manager, Jackson, finally came out. She told me they had started my order and then abandoned it, and that they had two new grill staff on their third night. Jackson appeared to be doing most of the work herself. When I finally received the order, it looked noticeably different from other Chipotle catering orders I’ve had before.

While waiting, I overheard multiple upset customers: one told to come back in 30 minutes for fajitas only to find none ready and no idea when they would be ready, another having serious issues using rewards points with staff unable to explain what was happening. He had guacamole and two small items and had used 6,000 points and was told he still owed money. He eventually told the cashier to figure it out and left.

There were about 8 people waiting a long time for their online orders and about 10 to 12 orders completed waiting to be wrung up. One customer, after waiting a long time as the next person in line to pay, grabbed his food and threw bills in the counter and told them to keep the change and walked out.

Overall, the store felt overwhelmed, dirty and disorganized, and customer concerns were largely shrugged off.

Catering orders should be reliable. This experience was not acceptable.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered and I did submit my concerns to chipotle.com customer service. Let’s see if they ever follow up. Based on the consistently negative reviews for months and months, I am going to guess that I will never hear from them.

The workers are so so nice! If the food was better I would come back just because of how nice they all were. The chicken was virtually flavorless, the rice has wayyy too much cilantro, and the queso just seemed bland too. I’m not sure if it was an off day or if this is normal, but I won’t spend my money on it again.

Barbacoa, half white rice half brown rice, half black beans half pinto beans, corn lettuce and cheese with green chili mild sauce. The last 3 times have been absolutely terrible. I kept waiting for a bite of lettuce and maybe corn to show up..but I guess I didn’t get any corn hardly any lettuce and just eating a meat and rice burrito- but at least this time it’s actually meat- the last burrito I got was tiny bits of meat hanging onto globs of fat I pulled out my mouth like I spit up mucus- almost made me vegan. Don’t order the food here anytime in the evening hours and just go in and order if anything. Never want to come here again.

Hit or miss with this location. Recently we received a delivery order from the Oak Park Heights location that was ordered through Chipotle.com and the portion sizes were about half of what they typically are, even from this same location. Very disappointing when we spent over $70 for a family of three and not even my seven-year-old was full after the meal.

All young people tonight. As someone who started in food at 15 I have to say I see these people working their butts off. I’m incredibly impressed with how I was treated tonight and I wish I could pay your team millions. Many hugs and safe cheers to the new year. Thank you to the young man who made sure I had chips. I swear that wasn’t all. Very pleasant team. I just moved here from Cottage Grove and I see a major difference. In a great way. Continue to do great things. It will pay off.

This location is disgusting. It’s always filthy… EVERY TIME. I literally suffer through it because they can manage to make a decent burrito when you stop in and it’s the only location in Stillwater. BUT, don’t even think about eating in store and certainly don’t plan on door dashing. I honestly think they purposely mess with door dash orders because they always short you on ingredients, skip ingredients or add things I didn’t request! It’s always a luke warm surprise! Tons of same reviews on door dash. Today was the last straw when I found a long hair in my burrito bowl. Absolutely done giving my money to chipotle, especially this location.
