I’ve visited three times and each time service and food quality have been great. Orders came in a timely manner and they got my order correct and delivered in a timely manner. What more can I say? Oh, and McDonald’s has the best Coca-Cola around. Will be back for more.

Please – send my compliments to the chef. This is what I hope McDonald’s tastes like when I order. The food was great, order was accurate, and staff very accommodating. Next time I’m passing through Port St Lucie and looking for a quick bite, this is the spot. Highly recommend their burgers and chicken strips.

This McDonalds is the worst. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT. Nobody ever says Hello, let alone, welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order. Nobody says thank you or have a nice day or please come again. There is no longer any value of customer service WHATSOEVER!!. McDonalds as a whole is just terrible. Nothing like the old days. Ray Kroc would be ashamed. Plus, isn’t it the law that anybody that works with food has to wear a hair net or something like that.

This location will NEVER give you the entire order. It’s ridiculous. Every time I come here or order delivery, something is missing.
Edit 8/6 – Ordered delivery and they didn’t include sauce for the nugget happy meals.
Edit 8/13 – All sodas were diet instead of regular.
Edit 8/18 – Ordered again by delivery. Happy Meals were missing toys.
Edit 11/20 – Delivery order for 10 piece nuggets. Got a drink, fries, and sauce but no nuggets.
Edit 11/29 – Mobile order picked up at drive thru. No sauce for adult meals or happy meals.
Edit 1/7 – Took a break from this store until today. Delivery order. Recieved an iced tea instead of Fanta.

Make sure to turn your car off while your in the drive through so you don’t waste all your gas , this is by far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to In my life. Horrible Service

The person on the phone who says he is the manager won’t give my husband his name. We called to complain because we were in Tradition at Target and stopped to feed my family. My kids had no complaints on their happy meals. HOWEVER, my quarter pounder bacon and my husband’s double quarter pounder were over cooked, over pressed, dried up shriveled pieces of “meat” that I wouldn’t have fed my dog. My husband asked for the “manager’s” name and the guy actually said he didn’t have to tell him. Then my husband asked for the district manager’s name and number or the owner’s so we could let them know how horrible the food was and how unreasonable this “manager” was being by asking us to drive back from Fort Pierce town line to Tradition with the food in order to get it fixed. Then this person (because a man wouldn’t act this way) hung the phone up on my husband. I called back under my phone number and he answered and hung up on me before I could even say anything. Horrible, inedible food and TREMENDOUSLY grotesque customer service!!!!!! If there were NEGATIVE STARS, I’d give those!!! Too bad because in Tradition, there are A LOT of other choices to eat at!

I’m severely disappointed with the service I received just moments ago. I ordered a Mcflurry in the drive thru and the cashier who took my order was cordial, however the young girl who prepared and served my Mcflurry was extremely rude and unprofessional. She opened the window (didn’t say hello or even look at me), stuck her arm out with my Mcflurry while and shut the window so fast I couldn’t even say a word. The fact that she could justify making my shake only halfway full in the cup and be so rude to me has a lot to say about her work ethic and professionalism. I hope you find better employees.

What a sad experience. There are signs inside the restaurant that says no refills. Absolutely no napkins, no straws, no condiments, bathrooms were locked, soda machines in the diner are off, condiment dispensers are empty, but clean and empty. Meaning they don’t even want anyone dining in. I had to wait to ask for ketchup and napkins..The food was disgusting. I ordered a McChicken that was hard, dry, old and cold. The fries were brown, and cold. The guy at the register was wearing sweat pants, a Nike T-shirt, sandals, and his long hair all out. I don’t understand what happened to this place.
