I world not recommend eating there at all. The food has way too much salt on it. But that is not the worst part. The mold is the most dangerous part of there. On the soda dispenser there was mold all over it a seen in the pictures. There was a lot of grit in the kitchen that I saw from what is visible from the dining area. The health department needs to inspect this location. Voom in on the pictures and see the mold. Very nasty it should have not been so dirty in there when there wasn’t any one in there. The young men were watching a game passing more attention to the game than the 2 customers and what lol like a homeless man sitting at the widow with food from another restaurant.

Ordered a large philly with extra steak, and first thing first, I’m watching him make it, I can tell it’s one portion of steak, I’m thinking the next portion on the grill will be added and it was not . I watched him out the cooked steak on the bread and it didn’t even cover the full bum, which made me ask him is there extra steak, seeing I paid for it .. he says it is, even while rolling it seeing how there’s no meat on the ends of the bread… Highly disappointed…. There should be a option of adding triple meat seeing the Xtra meat just give extra veggies and overload of mayo. Pics are uploaded

This was the slop that I was served as my take out meal. It was so bad that I had to put it on a plate just to try and eat it. If I had been served this dine in I would have gotten a refund and left. Never coming back.

We visit this location at least 3 times a month. Today I went in to order my usual and the guy at the cash register made a mistake and charge me for my free small sub. He asked me what did I want him to do. I said you can just fix me a small sub that I was charged for. He walked up to the manager. I saw the manager shaking his head and rolling his eyes he came up and he was very upset he had to fix the order. I said you can do whatever is easy for you. He said rudely and loudly “The easiest thing is too cancel the whole order and re ring you up” Evidently this was taking too much of his time. Facilities that act aggressively and nasty are businesses I will not support! Never once did he apologize to me.I will NOT be going back to this location!!

I got DoorDash today and it’s not always the best so I got a small and I regret it who ever the cook is tonight is doing a GREAT JOB I’m actually about to go get another one it was made to perfection have not had a sandwich from this location that GOOD in a long time coming! They take the phones off the hook so the only way to order is coming in or online, ordering online still isn’t guaranteed because they are lazy and can’t make a simple sandwich right. the yn with the tattoos on his face thought he was tough.. didn’t even know he almost came up on his last days. Zero regard for health and safety during a global pandemic. One employee handling food wore his mask on his chin with nose and mouth fully exposed, and couldn’t even properly wrap a sandwich. My online order wasn’t ready when I arrived at suggested time of 30 minutes later. After waiting almost 10 minutes for fries to be ready, I had seen enough and asked for a refund. Never again…

I’ve been going to this Location for years & have had some Good & Bad Experiences. My Bad Experiences: (1) My Bag was Saturated with Juice by the time I got home. As I was getting out the Car, the bag busted & my Sandwich & Fries hit the Ground. Glad my Sandwich was wrapped. Most of my Fries were on the ground. They need “Better Bags!” (2) I ordered a Regular Dagwood, got home & had a Large Steak Sandwich instead. (3) They are “Notorious” for giving you the “Bottom of the Barrel” in Fries instead of giving you a Fresh Order of “Real” Fries. Check your Orders & hold your Bags from the Bottom. Inside Service can sometimes be slow with people waiting in line as well. Outside/pick-up orders are ok & you can forget calling in your order because they rarely ever answer the phone. I “Order Online,” walk in, pick up my food & leave in about 5-10 mins which is better than standing in line. Food is ok, could stand more Seasoning & not too, too pricey but the Drinks are too pricey, especially the Lemonade which can be either, way too Sweet or very Tart. This Penn Station is a Hit or Miss for me.
