Got a iced latte with 2 extra shots of expresso they handed me a very light colored drink that tasted like syrup and I asked them to remake my drink they did and now its worse than the first one this one taste like water. I get the same drink every morning sometimes twice a day so I know what its supposed to taste like. Im sad now lol the drink cost 8.50 and to me thats to expensive for it to taste like water

This location has the friendliest people on staff! I’ve been here many times and it seems to run like a well-oiled machine, I have never had a long wait or a bad experience. I actually prefer Starbucks products but keep returning here for the excellent service.

They should move this building because it’s going to cause an accident with how their customers pull into the parking lot and then block the street waiting in the drive through lane so that people can’t get to their apartments. The workers are always nice. But their customers are the worst

The staff are rude and not professional at all. I gave this store 3 times chances to make one visit at least good experience. I always did mobile order from DD app. Once l get into the store my item was out of stock. Also, the donuts weren’t fresh.

BEST DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION IN THE US! I travel for work and have been to many. This location is the most consistent, no matter the time of day. The bacon is ALWAYS crispy, the food has always been fresh and hot! I always use the app to order and brought my dog once, you can’t order a pup cup on the app but he gave my girl one. I went to the one on Airport and asked and they said it would cost. I did not know they charged! So grateful he gave my dog a cup (it’s the small things) but now I know for the future.

I got an iced matcha with sweet cold foam, and brown sugar, and it was the best match I’ve ever had, way better than Starbucks’s matcha, there’s is disgusting, the employees are always super friendly and helpful, and the inside is always super clean, 10/10 I 1000% recommend going here.

I been coming to this location from a week everyday i spend $20 every time I take matcha latte they don’t mix it well and i always see the powder sitting down in the bottom. Apart from that i say less ice they do more ice. For a change i got dunkalatte today it comes with coffee milk they gave it with regular milk. When i call them they simply hang up the phone. will never go there again…
