As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Tonight my order was hot and neatly made. Just the right amount of sauce and condiments. The cashier was also friendly and they got me take care of quickly. I haven’t been here in a while but I’ll most definitely be returning.

I’ve eaten here a lot in the past… but I just bit into raw chicken. And I’m about 8 months pregnant. I immediately spit it out because the texture obviously but I am beyond appalled… my husband decided to pick this up around 10:30pm 2/12/26 and he said he got a refund which was kind… but I can’t get over the fact it’s so raw and that I put raw chicken in my mouth pregnant. I know it’s just mom fear of getting some kind of serious bacteria with the baby. I won’t be eating here again – I can’t imagine how this could’ve happened.

Honestly this is the best Checker’s I’ve ever been to. I went twice in one week and my food was ready quickly, was hot and fresh, and the employees were very kind and gave service on the level of Chick-fil-a. This is rare for me to experience at a Checker’s and I’m glad to have found this location.

I love checkers, but today fries was burn. We ordered 4 meals, no one was able to eat the fries. Extra crispy today!!!!! They have some young kids working there it seems they don’t care.

The lady working the drive thru between 11pm and 11:15pm on 02/06/26 needs an attitude adjustment. Dark hair, big bun on the top of her head, pale skin and loop earrings that looked like squiggly plastic, tall and a bit stocky. I asked if the AI got the details of my sandwich right (after it read it back a bit oddly) and she stared at me deadpan for a moment before just saying, “yeah.” The AI read my order back as having upgraded my combo (with shake) to a large, she handed me a small, I told her the AI confirmed I upgraded and she said, “well that’s a small.’ I asked for my receipt as proof and she said she couldn’t give me one, “my machine is broke,” with a smile, and told me to go park. It always takes me forever to get my food while I watch 5 or 6 other orders get completed. I don’t know why I continue visiting. Calling the manager in the morning. The food usually isn’t terrible.
Edit to add: I just opened my sandwich and my bacon is missing! This lady looked me in my face and told me yes when I asked if my sandwich was a crispy chicken only bacon, lettuce, and cheese. I’m at work so I can’t go back tonight. (:

Been coming here for a while, must be under new management cause its been horrible lately. Poor Food Quality and packaging and forgetting items every time. Last time they forgot all 3 apple pies and now this time I told them to check and they forgot again, thank god I checked, Now waiting for them to make them. Im sure they just didn’t want to be bothered with making it and rather cheat me out my money and be lazy then give me what we paid for. And they fill my fries half way everytime now, always soggy. Smh place has seen better days.

Ordered the BBQ mother cruncher. Was not satisfied, food was warm, fries was regrouped in grease, had a not so pleasant taste. Burger wasn’t the best. Had better at other checkers. Brown lettuce, barley had lettuce on it. Might now go back. Feel like it was just thrown together, I did not want to finish it.. trash.. wasted my lil 13 bucks..

This place is always fast with the food and the quality is consistent. Time of day has no impact on either of these things. I am not a fan of the AI ordering through the drive through, but getting what I ordered in the bag does not seem to be impacted, so I accept it.

These staff members are getting worse and worse!! Patience is not a factor at checkers. The cashier in a red and black jacket crudely rushed me to get the drinks from her hand. Rolled her eyes at me and is heavily breathing at me annoyed in front of my children because I didn’t grab my drink fast enough! I didn’t realize I was breaking the system by moving a bottle my apologies. I have some great days here some awesome interactions but I’ve never had a drink practically pushed into my hand. Safe to say I won’t bother by coming back

First off, when I pulled up to the drive thru it was an ordering machine. Although it threw me off a little bit I still ordered. When I got my food I automatically looked inside the bag and noticed that one of my burgers was missing and the cheeseburger that I ordered was NOT a cheeseburger. So I went to the ordering window and told the employees that I am missing a burger and they were very rude and said that I did not order that burger like trying to argue with me lol anyways once I got that burger and cheeseburger my cheeseburger was cold. I do not recommend this place and would never ever come back here again.
