We’ve been to this restaurant quite a few times and absolutely love it. The food is very fresh and tastes very good. We’ve done both the regular restaurant as well as the Hibachi dining. The Hibachi experience is excellent and very entertaining. They are very kind and will make sure that you have a good time. If you have any allergies, just let them know. They’re very on top of asking you and will cook the food separately if you have a seafood allergy. They’ll cook the steak first, and then bring the seafood in after taking care of you. Great spot and will definitely be back!

Food here isn’t great and small portions. Maybe portion size was because I was last to get everything. Even the group next to me the kids got more rice and noodles than me. Also got less steak than everyone and there is no flavor. They dont add salt pepper or garlic.

Horrible service!!!! They forgot that we were waiting for a table. Didn’t seat us until we decided to follow up. Once at the table we waited an additional 30+ mins before the chef showed up. They gave us a free bowl of edamame for the wait (they could have kept that). Another person at the table had to go and find the chef. Once the chef came he just dumped the food on the dirty grill. It was clear the grill needed to be cleaned. Someone at the table mentioned if he will clean it. He pushed everything to the side (still on the grill) and cleaned it with the rag. I swear the rag touched the veggies rice and noodles. My daughter found eggshells in the rice. On top of all of this, I had to wear my coat the whole time because it is cold in the place. I have never experienced anything like this when I’ve been to Edos or any of the hibachi restaurants. I will not be returning.

We have been coming here for years- special nights and birthdays. Tonight was my son’s birthday and we were the only 4 at the hibachi table. That’s fine and we were looking forward to just us. The chef was okay but seemed a little low….and when another table was full up with guests the same chef pulled out balloon headbands for all the kids at that table, BUT NOT OUR KIDS!! We should all have the same service no matter how many are at the table. WE are all there on Wednesday night to celebrate something-let’s celebrate. The chef obviously had those balloons the whole time so why not make some for our kids and make everyone happy. Talk about feeling cheated….Plus the sushi was kinda gross. Eel was chewy. Will venture farther out next time for hibachi at different location. (sad face) (disappointed)

The Hibachi experience always brings a smile to my face. First you get to watch the masters of the Hibachi table at work. They perform some tricks and get the crowd involved. Can you catch a piece of a random vegetable in your mouth? What about a squirt of Sake? The chefs at Nikko don’t disappoint and neither does the food they prepare. So even if you’re not there for the show, expect an enjoyable dining experience.
Don’t forget the sushi. Overall, this place has excellent food without a killer price.

We came to Nikko for a hibachi dinner with a party of 14, and overall it was disappointing. The service was slow and unorganized, and the food was bland, subpar even the yum yum sauce didn’t taste right. The seating was cramped, definitely not ideal for a large group. The hibachi show was underwhelming, and what really bothered me was the chef trying to give my 13-year-old sake after I had already said no. I had to put my hand over her mouth to stop it. He switched to lemonade(yellow bottle) for the other kids, but not for her. Completely unacceptable. Overall wouldn’t recommend, they give smaller portions that other hibachi restaurants, bland food, burnt rice, no refills on fountain drinks, poor service, and poor/boring hibachi show.

My husband and l met up with friends here for dinner and had a great experience ，but l saw a female waitress dressed very strangely ，like a hostess at a nightclub ，l’ve never seen a waitress dressed like that before .so funny 。The food was delicious and the entire experience was wonderful.

Amazing food, unbeatable lunch special. Food is so good here and the portions are huge. This is the filet hibachi lunch special and 3 rolls lunch special also comes with soup or salad. Food comes very fast whether you’re dining in or ordering take out.

We just stopped by to have a quick bite. We didn’t have high expectation but it was surprisngly good. Green tea was hot, dumpling soup was great with twist of Japanese broth, and sushi was exceptional. Very combenient location ( closed to throughway entrance )

My family & I tried Nikko for the first time last night for my fiance’s birthday and we LOVED it! The food and portions were great, prices were fair and the service/hibachi chef were excellent!!! The kids loved it too and they sent them home with goodies. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend to family & friends!!!
