The foods always great. The waitress was great, but we ordered a burger that didn’t get served with the rest of the meal, even though they did bring it eventually. Everyone was nice, and we weren’t mad, just a little disappointed.

The service was great! The wings are definitely the best food option! The chipotle honey wings had a sweet spice to them, while the Daytona wings had a more medium hot spice to it. The burger overall I thought was good, but the patty was a little over cooked.

The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and not aligned with the level of service a customer should expect. Instead of providing assistance, the manager showed an unhelpful attitude, lack of courtesy, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Our food took an excessive amount of time to arrive, and the same happened with our drinks, which were also delayed. When we asked to speak with the manager about the delay, the treatment we received was terrible. This experience made my family and me feel uncomfortable, disappointed, and undervalued as customers.

We had an excellent time! The ladies were so nice. We were excited to see that they were open for dine in. They have outdoor seating open as well as the bar and indoor seating. They had my favorite buffalo shrimp and key lime pie. Everything was delicious.

Great service and great food! Food was properly prepared. Everything was hot and fresh. Waitress (India) was very friendly and attentive! Pleasant atmosphere for a date night! My husband and I enjoyed everything!

Hooters has definitely gone downhill. My wings were overcooked and dry, fries were stale, trash all over the floor and service sucks (unless you’re a regular because that’s who the servers pay attention to). Props to the manager or supervisor though, she stepped up and took care of us when our waitress disappeared
