Usually always good. The service was good. I ordered the texanas fajitas . Steak shrimp and chicken. The chicken was literally like a breast cut into 3 huge pieces. It had no taste and was to big to even be able to put on tortilla.

Very good! My husband and I have been wanting to try for a while. Great atmosphere and five star service. Authentic steak tacos were fire! Enchiladas also very good. Chicken flauta wasn’t my favorite. All in all, great experience and would recommend. We’ll be back!

Main issue was margaritas. They tasted like virgin margaritas. We had to order extra shots to add to drinks. That gets extremely pricy. Our other got to Mexican restaurant, there is no doubt the margaritas are made correctly. Not here though. Very dissatisfied.

Really enjoyed enchiladas plate with rice and beans . The chips with salsa was very fresh and we could not stop eating them . My friend had the three tacos and said it was delicious! Highly recommend Don Carlos in Spanish Fort . Our waiter Juan S. was was very attentive and very patient and kind.

Went here with my boyfriend and we’re seated very quickly as there was maybe one other table in the restaurant, got our order taken by Victor, someone else brought our food out and we were practically ignored for the rest of the meal, the only other time we were approached by our waiter was to give us the bill, there was about 15 waiters and waitresses standing at the front or at the bar chatting. I ordered the fajitas and they were awful. Clumps of burnt seasoning and overly mushy vegetables, ate about 5 bites and didn’t touch it past that. Paid full price for it. Unsure if the service was bad because we are younger and it was assumed we couldn’t tip or if he just did not want to do his job. Will not be coming back again.

Enchiladas supremas was bland. Salsa was very onioney..if thats a word. Description stated sour cream included but was not on plate. I had to ask for it then forgot to check ticket to see if I was charged for it. Service was great but food is definitely below average.

Drinks- 1000% mixed right/ goes down smooth!
