Food was great. Made just as we ordered.My companions and I were at the end of a 9 hour drive and very hungry. The food tasted so good we practically ate everything on the menu. The food was actually brought to our table. I never expected that. The staff was pleasant despite it being near closing time with a large order. The price is reasonable. The food tasted fresh. We had big Macs, chicken wraps, fries, chicken nuggets, hamburgers and of course drinks. Our bellies were all satisfyingly full.

If you need a quick stop for a meal, this McDonald’s in Munfordville will be exactly what you need to refuel and hit the road again. Adults and kids had Happy Meals. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Everyone was satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful. The frost and smoothie machine was down so there were a lot of unhappy customers. Overall the experience was just fine.

I was road tripping from Pittsburgh to Memphis. Stopped at this location. The food was OK however there was something not great. Probably under-staffed, we had to ask for all of our drinks, coffee, coke and water bottle. Came on a tray but no drinks or glasses for the coke. I mean it was OK but this was the least OK McDonald’s I tried on my 2000 miles trip with many many McDonald’s stops on the way.

Just went to this McDonalds and I understand that it is McDonalds but come the heck on. I ordered one McCrispy meal, a bacon quarter pounder, and three kids meals. Not a super hard order. Not only did they not give me a bacon quarter pounder (on the receipt), I didn’t get the juice for my kids meals either. And I’m not driving back 6 miles to get the order corrected because that costs me money too. To top it all off, the burger is cold. Wasted 38 bucks for subpar service. This is not the first time either. I’ve complained multiple times about missing items or wrong items placed in my order. Hire better management and quality control. Train your staff.

Stopped here for a late breakfast. There are items on the menu that are not available 24/7, even though they are displayed. Just because some items show on the menu screens, they might not be available because they do not change the menu screens to reflect the current offering.

So this is my update, I had to get up early to drive to Adair county to work some overtime, which is the only reason I stopped in here because I would not have come back to this McDonald’s otherwise. In the six years I’ve lived here there have been no improvements made, it only gets gradually worse it’s like the manager and owner don’t care. Every place is going to have some sort of problem every now and again, but a place that has so many problems so consistently as this McDonald’s, is experiencing a failure in leadership not employees. In all my years of traveling the country I have never seen such a horribly run McDonald’s and it’s a shame, if they go just a few miles up the interstate to Glendale they can see how a McDonald’s is supposed to be run.

It says right on the cups small medium and large. So if I come in one day and order a medium ICED COFFEE and you hand it to me in a cup that say S, I question your intelligence. If I say something to the manager I expect it addressed. So you can imagine my surprise when the same kid passes another small off as a medium then wants to argue, and shut the window in my fiancé’s face when she’s trying to explain it to him. And these kids think they deserve $15/hr? Fries are always cold, and if I order a large fry I want a large fry, not medium in a large container. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to get a milkshake here. Let me clue you folks in on the milkshake machine. It doesn’t “go down” it could freeze up in which case you turn it of, run hot water through, clean it out, put it back together and boom you’re back in business. The only other reason would be that they’re out of mix. This particular McDonald’s doesn’t just have an employee problem but the shift supervisors and managers are failing.

This is the WORST place for customer service I’ve ever encountered. It was horribly dirty and our meals got deleted and we were waiting about 15 min & realized we hadn’t gotten our food. Mgr & crew were Rude & Poorly ran. They need some new people I there that have customer service & care about what the store looks like.
