Thank you,

By the way, there’s a great server there (not sure of her name, but she’s on the mature side, like me) who knows her stuff and deserves 5 stars.
A huge shoutout to Taylor behind the bar. The service was top-tier from start to finish. Taylor was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time, and that kind of service really elevates the whole experience.
And let’s talk about the ribs… they absolutely slapped.
The highlight is of course the food where the dry rub ribs are the highlight. The ribs are tasty, tender and practically fall off the bone. In addition, the Beef brisket is as tender and can be cut solely with a fork. The potato salad has a firm texture with a bit of sweet tang.
A must eat restaurant while visiting Tulsa or residing there. Great service, exceptional food and very reasonable prices! Well done Albert G’s!
Not the worst BBQ I’ve had, but it’s in the bottom 10%.
Sadly, the greatness ends at the Tulsa Ribs. I so wanted to really like this place. The sliced brisket had a good flavor, but was very dry. The okra was as bland as could be. The house made chips were boring. The baked beans had a good flavor but were under cooked.
The waitress took our order and never asked again if we would like to order more drinks. After trying the brisket, I really needed more to drink. Shortly after our food arrived at the table, the waitress brought the check. I guess that was a sign to get out. The restaurant was not busy. When we arrived there was one other table in use. When we left, there were four tables in use.
