Ordered grilled chicken wrap i took 1 bite and chicken was frozen , wrap wasn’t even folded, and there not even half of this wrap was full. Spoke to Tiffany:manager says no refunds and she could only replace the same disgusting wrap, no thank you! I called them back to have them view my video so they can see how nasty the wrap was. A girl who answered the phone says she was a general manager but refused to give me her name hung up on me, i called back and spoke to a women who said Tiffany gave me wrong info and that i can come back for a refund, unacceptable!! Just lost out on my lunch.

This used to be my favorite Wendy’s in the city, but not anymore. Here recently it has went downhill. A couple of times I have went over there early evening, and have been told that the restaurant was closed. Just recently Sunday or Monday, and it was 5:06 pm. When I asked why, initially the rude, unprofessional staff member just repeated (with an attitude), “We’re closed!” So I asked a second time and she told me that ‘people decided not to show up so I’m working alone’. Now mind you, as I was pulling up to the speaker 2 cars had just drove off, so I couldn’t understand why she couldn’t just take my order, so of course I was quite irritated. Yesterday I returned and was able to place an order. Boy do I regret going back! The burger was awful! First thing I noticed was how sloppy it was made. Then I noticed the old lettuce, and then the temperature and appearance of the burger. The burger looked old and it was cold; not freshly made like Wendy’s advertises. Also, the fry was a smedium instead of a medium. Basically it was a small fry in a medium container. I was angry, but I live too far to take it back. The only item that was good was the drink. This Wendy’s needs to do better! Fresh, good food and friendly staff should be the norm. I should not have to take time out of my busy schedule writing a review because people hate their jobs. If you don’t want to work find something else to do! Because poor service and dissatisfactory food is not what’s up!

I’ve been frequently visted this establishment for quite some time now. The staff offer a consistent warm and welcoming experience. Every meal has been made fresh and delicious. And the wait time is always reasonable. I appreciate the consistency and quality.

I didn’t have time to cook breakfast this morning so I decided to buy something quick. $2for3 meal. However, I am not happy with the food today. The sausage pattie is burnt and the potatoes are freezing cold the coffee was nasty. I didn’t eat it. The cooks need to do better.

For some reason I had a dream about Wendy’s that got me hankering for some even though I haven’t had Wendy’s in awhile & usually when I do it’s “meh” at best. Still…I wasn’t deterred & after seeing that Wendy’s offered breakfast I definitely had to grab some! Enter the breakfast baconator, sausage biscuit, sausage egg & cheese croissant with a peach lemonade to top it off.
Sausage Biscuit:
Price –
You can’t beat $1.50. This is an especially good deal because you get a decent size sausage sandwich & not the little mini ones companies try to get away with. 5/5 stars
Presentation –
Barebones, but nonetheless inviting with it’s fresh baked bread feel as well the tender sausage. 3/5
Taste –
Sausage itself is good, but has an obviously processed taste & texture to it. Everything is super soft, buttery & moist.
Breakfast Baconator –
Price – $7.19 for a combo is pretty good, especially since I was able to pick a large drink & side without having to pay upcharges. 5/5 stars
Presentation –
Albeit the cheese got a little out of hand, this is a beauty of a breakfast sandwich. Perfectly warm, soft, buttery & moist croissant with everything in a neat square stack. Cheese is melted which is a plus! 4/5 stars
Taste –
I feel like I was bamboozled because this was sausage instead of beef (a baconator on a croissant with egg was extremely appealing,) but it was my fault for not fully reading the description. Everything came together nicely with the crispy bacon & perfectly cooked egg. The sausage once again had that processed taste to it. Picking a croissant instead of the normal bun is definitely the way to go as it is just so deliciously buttery. It is also not greasy & mess free! 4/5 stars
Overall, things have improved with this place from. Several years ago it was different, but now they prepared my food fairly quickly. The food is great. They also seem to take care in preparing items versus just slapping them together as quickly as possible.

1st, let’s talk about the lack of cleanliness of the drive thru. They need to unplug the soda machine and do a deep cleaning of walls, and wipe down cords. Now it’s a sign in the window that say “No cash refund” so when our order came back wrong several times and it was if they couldn’t get it right I wanted a refund on the card and then they said they don’t do refunds at all well then state that verse what was stated. So if you are a person who doesn’t like to send food back to get remade, don’t go here. Just a lot of discombobulated energy and the food reflects that. Granted, the workers tried their best to right a wrong. The new lettuce is horrible. Wendy’s went and jacked up a great thing. Now they are average like the rest.

I went for my granddaughters and got myself a frosty. The lady that took my order did not have a friendly personality. She worked the register and handled the food, smh. I got the girls chicken nuggets, fries and frosties. They both said their food was good. The youngest ate 2 out of 4 nuggets and a few fries.
