What is going on with this location. Second bad experience in a row.
1. The chicken tenders both times have been terrible. They remind me of food that’s been freezer burned. Super dry, thin and these dark spots (see pictures).
2. If you want to charge $10 for 3 tender combo make sure quality is portions are good. Look at the picture of Mac and Cheese, half full??? Like 4 bites..
3. And then on one visit took over 30 minutes to get food. Used the app and it said 10-15.
I’m done with this location. Especially after reading some recent reviews with potential good poisoning. Manager needs to step up food quality.

Honestly shouldn’t have been surprised how bad the food was. Popeyes in Midvale went so downhill but I wanted to give this one a shot.
I ended up getting a stale old and dry biscuit, cold old chicken tenders, and cold / stale old fries. The only redeemer was the pre packaged BBQ sauce they have. Nothing I had was considered recently cooked. It probably was stuff sitting out for hours. And this was at 7pm on a weekend so not off hours for them to be making more food.
The employee at the window was one of the nicest fast food employees I have had. So that’s redeeming.
Popeyes has gone so far downhill. For almost the same price you can go to HHC or any other chicken restaurant and you’d have a better experience for the same price. Id avoid this place until they get their act together.

I had a great visit here last will. Took advantage of T-Mobile deal for three strip box — food was hot and delicious. I liked the spicy variety best (not very spicy, just a little peppery). Didn’t love the sauces, but I brought celery with me (in my car) and used the ranch . Honey sauce is the best!!!

I came in to pick up a doordash order, it was a pretty simple order yet took almost 20 minutes to prepare. During that time I had another 6 people waiting with me. Despite that, I could only see one person working. The one handling the registers. I could hear at least three people talking in the back but never saw them. Because of this the employee at the front was doing everything. Taking cash payments, handling receipts, working the drive through, touching a lot of things. He then went back and grabbed a basket of chicken from the fryer and dumped it on the tray, then started reorganizing the chicken with his bare unwashed hands and placing them in baskets to fill orders. It was clear he was doing the job of multiple people but this is unsanitary as crap and that’s just what I was able to see. If those are the standards in sight of customers I can only imagine what’s going on out of sight. While I love popeyes, I won’t ever be going to this location.

We ordered a cajun turkey for our Thanksgiving gathering. The order was placed on 11/15 with the employee named Kathryn. When we arrived today to pick it up, they didn’t have one for us. What they told us in store was completely different than what was said over the phone as far as payment required and time for pickup. Don’t count on this store for anything!

If you’re looking for the greatest fast food chicken tenders that you will ever eat on all of this planet with the wonderfully brined chicken meat and crispy light breading with options for spicy or not — then you have found it at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
They must be brining their chicken in the most flavorful slution known to man. It also helps that they do not overcook that chicken.
Usually, they have great service, and the food comes out pretty flawlessly.

The service was excellent. The tenders are super when piping hot. I remember when the line was out the door on this place and the drive through caused traffic jams in the parking for the other businesses. It was not as busy tonight allowing us to enjoy a sit-down meal. I want them to make money but it sure was nice a little slower.

This is my favorite location to visit! I recently discovered this is my favorite fast food chicken joint this year. Katie is awesome and the reason this location stands out!!! She always has my to go order ready, and remembers I love my extra sauces!! Other locations remind you to pay for the sauce on the app which is annoying. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location to avoid rude employees! Visit this spot and Katie will treat you right !
