I was given a custard that obviously had been previously made sometime ago. The colors in the m&ms were bleeding already. The food was literally thrown together. The cusomter service was subpar at best. I will probably go to the culvers in elk river. This culvers dont care about the customers or service! Wish i could give a 0.

Food is to be expected. Be careful with curd-side or drive thru. They will forget food 50% of the time. No other Culver’s has this issue for me. Just this one. Drives me nuts.

Very friendly staff, very quality food every time I go. Very inviting atmosphere, nothing bad to say about this place… EXCEPT- today was the second time in two months that I have waited over 15 minutes for my food only for it to be cold not even lukewarm straight up cold like it was sitting in a snowbank for 5 minutes. Both times that I’ve had issues was on the weekend so I think your weekend stuff needs to be retrained or managed better. I don’t mind waiting for my food but I want it to be so hot that it burns my mouth, especially paying the prices you charge. Very disappointed.

My wife noticed the fries were missing upon arriving home. Having had a tough day, that was the last straw. I, valiant husband that I am, immediately left to retrieve the tasty goodness. I quickly explained the scenario to the cashier and in return was given an apology, the fries and a coupon for a free meal. Respectful and generous customer service was on full display. Well done.

Male Worker in the drive thru was wearing a tank top, armpits out. Fully against health code. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to the health code violations. Won’t return any time soon.

I stop by this location about once a week because we live close. The staff is always super friendly and food on point.
Tonight I ordered custard in the drive thru. It was super busy and everyone else was also ordering custard (being so hot out). The car in front of me was really rude to the young girl about having to wait, even though it was obviously busy. The staff were working really hard and Just want to give a shout out to them!

FIRST & LAST NAME
Once was great food now is not so great. As Albertvill does not have enough food places we stopped in during off hours as the wait times are out of hand during peak times. Every time we come we are more and more disappointed. This time the chicken sandwiches were sub par it was more of a deep fried chicken wafer. Kids ice cream came out melted, and the Ruben was as dry as the grass this summer. I will give it 1 star and end optimistic that they will turn it around and say at least the lobby was clean!
May 21, 2023 update. Stopped in for ice cream after driving back from up north. Took 30 minutes to get only ice cream. That is completely ridiculous. Lobby and tables were not clean and bathroom we walked in and right back out. The rest area down the road is cleaner. Not stopping here again.
AUGUST 3, 2023 stopped in since we were at the outlet mall on the way up north, and after a long wait for ice cream. We were served ice cream soup. This is the last straw for this family. No more Culver’s anywhere
