Placed my order at the kiosk and was able to pay cash quickly at register. Food was mostly very good, but the Cinnamon Twists had no flavor. I asked a guy behind the counter and he said they were limited on how much they can put on them. He offered another one, but I could tell it was just as plain. Natasha, the same employee that rang me up, helped me change them to nachos and had a great smile. She made the entire visit valued. Really disappointed in the White Twists that Taco Bell is putting out these days.

Stopped by this Taco Bell for the first time, and I have to say this is the saddest chalupa I have ever received in my life. There’s barely any toppings inside and the shell is very stale and hard. I also paid extra to have rice put in my burrito and there was none. This was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Everytime we go now we are disappointed with something.. lately it’s been hair in the food so we stopped going.
Well, my teen begged me last night so for her we went again to our local Lagrange Taco Bell.
Typed into Google if it’s required to wear a hair net (which, yes it is not only at the company level, but also state) we don’t normally go inside, so we finally figured out what the issue is.
Not even nice tamed hair. This is gross.
Oh and the rude girl on the phone? Sat like that until she got snarky at people for needing things. Won’t go back. Ever.

We visit this location pretty frequently despite it being slow service around evening and night time, especially if you DoorDash your order!! They are notorious for messing up your order or not putting enough food inside of the tortillas. Sometimes cold if ordering at night. Very disappointed with the level of care from the staff. Seems like they need more competent management to direct them or more staff is needed in general. Other than that if you get it during the day it’s usually fine.

Called to ask when the lobby closed. Was told midnight. Arrived at 11:15. Doors locked. I called and asked why, the manager told me, “Because I wanted to”. Unprofessional. At least I’m not a local.

I’ve ate at this location before. This time service was very slow but the gentleman at the window was polite and did get my order correct. For $10 dollars I got a burrito an a taco. It was not the Best.
They used to have a a grilled chicken, chipotle, ranch burrito that was both Good and worth the price. They no longer serve it. Kinda disappointed.
For a quick meal it’s okay definitely not a 5 Star restaurant.

This place is a shame and food is terrible. Taco Bell has higher standards. Management cheaps out and barely puts anything in the burritos. Can not express the disappointment of what I seen on the menu versus what I got. You get so much tortilla than any ingredient. Food is terrible.

I stopped by the La Grange Taco Bell for breakfast and ordered the Cinnabon Delights iced coffee. When I got my drink, it was just plain black coffee. I politely told the man at the window that I thought my drink was wrong, and he told me I was wrong because I didn’t “customize it and add cream.” While waiting for my food, I checked the app and saw that there is no option to customize the Cinnabon Delights iced coffee at all. When I explained that, he completely lost his temper and said, “I am not arguing with her, someone else needs to talk to her, we are not Starbucks.” I wasn’t trying to argue…I was just trying to get the drink I ordered. A lady eventually came to the window and helped me, but he was still yelling in the background while she was trying to fix it. Thank you to the woman who helped me…I’m sorry you have to work with someone so reactive and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to the Crestwood Taco Bell from now on.
