If I could give Zero stars I would. Stood in line for 5 minutes on a Sunday evening, I seen all attention for the drive through but no counter service person. Another person came in and also waited for service and walked out after waiting. Poor service

Restaurant was very clean, and management was kind, but that’s where the nice stuff I have to say ends. Without a doubt worst service I’ve had in a WHILE. A few days ago my food took a 20 minutes plus and was ICE cold when I received it. Took an additional 10 minutes to receive the replacement and they FORGOT I was there??
Gave it a few days hoping they were having an off one, was sorely let down again. Ordered 2 of the adult meals, neither came with the collectible item THAT MAKES THE MEAL MORE EXPENSIVE. My girlfriend went back to get them, and they only gave her one.
Very very dissatisfied with the service, and bummed they’ve steadily been a letdown as it’s near my job, so would be a perfect quick eat.
Long story short? Just go to lex Ave or Trimble. At least you expect them to suck

At this point I’m never coming back to this location again. What a joke.

I usually don’t post complaints but I was so disappointed with my visit on 10/16. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries thinking it would be quick but boy was I wrong. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line and was asked to pull forward to spot #1- I waited an additional 25 minutes on chicken nuggets and fries. As people continued to receive their food, I asked if I would be getting mine. They had no clue and just completely forgot about me but then came out without my drink and even tried to short me chicken nuggets, which appears to be a common trend at this place.

So dirty. Hair in the food. They gave us the wrong food, I told her I had physically touched the food and she should throw it out. She said its fine she was just gonna give it to correct customer anyways. I know fast food is dirty but THIS dirty. Yikes

I pulled into the drive-through and ordered pancakes and sausage for my daughter, along with a large iced vanilla latte for myself. After paying at the window, I received my daughter’s food right away but was told there would be a wait for my latte.
I pulled into the designated drive-through spot and waited. Over the next 25–27 minutes, two different orders were brought out—neither of which was mine. Meanwhile, my daughter had already finished her food, and I was still sitting there waiting for a simple iced coffee drink.
This is absolutely uncalled for. Nearly half an hour for one latte is unacceptable, and the lack of communication made it even worse. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

I went through the drive thru. The wait was a bit long but when I got to the window, the girl apologized and told me that an employee had walked out. She was working so hard to make everyone happy. She did a great job and was smiling and friendly too.

I had a mobile order and I went through the drive thru was asked to pull forward and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Then the large fries were not even half full amd almost cold. They were missing our 2 orders of nuggets I had to then go inside.

Tried the crispy chicken strips for the first time. Pretty good. Would get them before going to raising canes again. The breading was seasoned ok and not too much breading. They were hot and juicy. Their coke is the absolute best
