I was staying at a hotel within walking distance and placed an order online. I walked in and the gentleman mopping the floors greeted me with a smile and immediately stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. The cook preparing my food also greeted me with a smile and informed me he was working on my order and it wouldn’t be long wait. Both of the crew members I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh, my cheeseburger actually looked better than the picture on the menu. While I was waiting I noticed how clean the dining area was. The night shift working at this location is truly exceptional, inspiring me to leave a positive review. I felt uplifted by the warm welcome and friendly service, a rare experience at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!

The food and service we have had on each visit have been good. The facility and grounds are clean.
This location is about halfway between my home and where my grandson lives. We meet his mother when he is going to come and spend some time with us. For that, this is my favorite Hardee’s location in the country and possibly the world.

They barely put any meat on a $7 sandwich. The wait is really long. Staff is slow and distracted. Lobby is clean. Dated.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through to get my food. The order screen has been changed to a voice automated software that was getting everyone’s order wrong, so when I finally made it to the window they had to retake my entire order. After pulling to the side and waiting again I got my order that was completely wrong and missing a whole combo meal. Had to go back and after walking inside to get a refund my clothes wreaked of fried grease. Despite not being what I ordered the food was decent and the staff were friendly enough, but I will never be back.

Awful experience I left with an empty stomach the cashier wouldn’t take my order as I placed it. I tried to order a 2 for 5$. With a gravy biscuit and a sausage egg biscuit without egg but they refused to give me a sausage biscuit. How hard is it to put a piece of sausage on a biscuit?

Drove half way down interstate….the get hardees and mcdomalds for peanuts get to hardees no one in line wait 5 on mobile doo4 dash. They are suppose to have food ready as ive talk to corporate, but this one wants to do their own food stilll going to sit when go across street to mcdonalds who has their fo9d everytime!!!! Mad

I spoke to a manager about this on the phone and all he said was sorry. So, here’s the updated 1 star review and we will not be coming back at all. I have added pictures. If you look at the receipt, specifically at the last item “MNSTR”, you’ll notice I asked for a lettuce wrap, add onions and tomatoes, which I was charged for. Morons in the back I guess can’t read. All I got was the regular Monster Burger with the bun and no lettuce, onion or tomato, again which I paid for.
As well, wife’s chicken sandwich was tasteless and the 2 patties I ate were way too salty.

Just pathetic and they don’t even deserve the 1 I have for them. They need better QC before the food gets to the drive thru window or any customer.

Went through the drive thru to get some breakfast on the way to fishing. Biscuits were tasty but a bit salty. Nashville Hot Chicken biscuit was crispy & spicy and was good. Wife had regular chicken biscuit and although the chicken was crispy, it lacked flavor. Tots were a bit greasy, and they didn’t have iced coffee like most fast food places.

I love Hardee’s and this one is located right next to the National Corvette Museum. The staff was very engaging with me and the menu as I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in years (none located in city where I currently live) Biscuits were perfect and the dining room was clean. Will definitely stop by on my trip back thru the area.

Worst fast food experience ever. Spent 40 dollars on two kids meals and two combos. Fries were cold. Chicken was disgusting. I took a bite out of my burger and almost threw up. Then my wife almost threw up after taking a bite. Waste of forty bucks and I pray my family doesn’t get sick. Ruined Hardee’s for life.
