This Chick-fil-A makes fast food feel organized, which should not be rare but somehow is. You pull in and the line looks long. You assume this will take a while. You are wrong. The line moves, the order stays right, and your food shows up hot.
The staff actually pays attention to you. They do not stare past you like you are part of the menu board. They listen, repeat the order, and somehow get it right every time. It feels like they run drills back there. If this place handled airport security, flights would leave early.
The food is what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Solid. Consistent. Fries full, not half empty like someone lost interest halfway through scooping. Chicken fresh, not tired. Sauces included without you having to ask like you are negotiating a treaty.
What really stands out is how calm everything feels, even when it is busy. No chaos. No confusion. Just people doing their job well and doing it with a smile that feels real. You leave with your food, your order correct, and your faith in humanity slightly restored. That alone earns five stars.

I don’t usually write reviews, nor do I frequent chick fil a, however, the service I experienced last Friday was the best experience I have ever had at any chick fil a! I was looking for a new salad to try but wasn’t sure about the options. Autumn was taking my order and was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She helped me to understand the dressing options and pick one that I would like. It was phenomenal! I will be coming back again! This experience made my whole weekend! Wonderful employee and great location!

I came to have breakfast.and to my surprise I had extra food with my order. I was like cool extra food is awesome. Especially from Chick-fil-A. I was a little curious so I waited for an employee to come around. And she did her name was Abby Watson. She kindly asked if I needed anything else then asked if I enjoyed the extra food. Ok so that explains that. so I had been here for about an hour just sitting here doing some work on my phone. And not one employee bothered to say anything. This employee is sweet kind hearted and doesn’t judge a book by its cover. From the little conversation we had she is a very hard working woman who has a mission in life and is working very hard to make it happen. God bless you and your family. And your wonderful heart . This CFA reminded me of the CFA of old which I have missed. The restaurant is clean, has cute decorations which include fresh flowers. The food is delicious. They have a play place and family nights. There is a picture of Dan Cathy on the wall and Christian music, with lyrics, playing. I would go out of my way to come here again.

Just ordered through the drive thru got 2 spicy chicken meals large and an extra large fry asked for chic fil a sauce (5 are listed on the receipt) and received none. When we asked for the sauce the lady rudely said “if you ordered them they’ll be in the bag” and we said we didn’t receive them and someone else was rushing her to get us out the drive thru. The other lady gave us 2 and told us to pull forward. I get its lunch but we just wanted the sauce and maybe not an attitude.

Enjoyed the regional store in San Marcos, Texas! It is an extremely kid-friendly establishment and the store even supports local families with the weekly event, “Family Night” that happens every Wednesday evening! During Family Night, staff provide activities for the families to enjoy together. Finally, I was recently elated to see the addition of a creation-station for kiddos set up with coloring sheets, crayons, and small board/card games! Extremely friendly staff, and community-oriented.

I was visiting in San Marcos and got a room at the Super 8 which is right next door to the Chick-Fil-A. So, I walked over and grabbed me something to eat. I believe it is the biggest Chick-fil-A around. It has a huge parking area. The inside is really large as well. The people working there were really friendly and I was in and out in no time.
