This was a second visit to Chili’s within a month since my first visit was not so satisfactory. I posted a review and the issue was promptly addressed by Chili’s. Having said that, I returned to give it one more try, and I was totally pleased with my experience. My server was “Christy” and she made all the difference in our dining that afternoon. She had a very welcoming and vibrant personality, and was quite patient while we were trying to decide on all the great choices. Our meals were hot and very tasty. Went in a Saturday night for an early dinner. It was already pretty full but ran smoothly. Our waiter did a good job, drinks were filled, order was right, food was good and nothing was cold. I have neverrrrrrr received a correct Togo meal from this restaurant. Incorrect items. Missing items. One time I ordered a triple dipper and got egg rolls… hadn’t even selected that as one of the options. How do you have a picture of a meal and show what it’s served with and put none of it in the box. Didn’t even put ranch in the box when it’s in the name I had to go get my own. What’s the point of having a Togo option and using door dash when I have to go up there anyways when they inevitably screw up the order. Sorry excuse for employees and management. Montgomery ruins everything

Extremely poor service. My family and I (party of 3) attempted to get on the waitlist, fully aware of how busy the restaurant was. However, the hostess and a server were conversing and laughing at their cellphones, refusing to acknowledge (much less assist) us. Extremely frustrating considering we drove the 45 minutes from Auburn specifically to eat here.

Food was decent and service great. I had the chipotle chicken crispers which were fresh and hot. The loaded potato soup was wonderful. I also had the molten chocolate cake for dessert. Had been a while since I’d been to chilis.

My family and I had the pleasure of patronizing this location for a to go order after getting in town on Wednesday night. The main turn-offs from the experience were the restaurant not being a tidy in the appearance on the inside. It gave the feeling that everyone was over it and ready for closing time. In general I think there are some standards that need some improvement.
Engaging with the to go team, there were 3 employees in the space that did not immediately greet us but did see us walk up. We finally managed to get some acknowledgement and determined which of them we would order with. We had to repeat our order at least 4 times because one of the 3 employees who took the order had a challenge navigating the menus on the register to find what we wanted to order. Finally, the order was placed, we waited, food gets done, and Thry literally just sit the bag on the counter and didn’t bother to ask if we needed anything else. We checked our order, boxes were sticky but food was correct and did taste proper when we got back to our hotel. All in all, we left with the impression that improvements were needed and the staff requiring a refresh in keeping the areas tidy and staying engaged with the customer for great service experience.

This is a long one yall sorry 🙁 Me and two of my friends came up here from Troy tonight to eat. We got there around 9:30 when they close at 11. Got seated immediately but waited around 10 mins or so for our server to come to the table to get our drink order. I believe her name is Katrina because that’s what it said on my receipt. She took our drink order and then shortly after took our appetizer order. Not long after that she took our main food order. Everything was fine until we sat there for around 45 mins with nothing. She didn’t even check on us nor run the food to any of her tables, instead she made someone else do it. We literally got our appetizer with our meal. Everything was cold. Cheese from our dips was thick and had a film on top which is an obvious sign it had been sitting for a while. My steak and my friend’s steak was cold on top of my other friend’s chicken also being cold. We didn’t complain, we didn’t make a fuss and we ate it. The people behind us had gotten there around 20 mins after us and got their food right after we did. How does that make sense? Anyways, we’re boxing our stuff up and are trying to pay when she asks us if we want to tip instead of letting us do it ourselves. Both me and my friend said no bc of the terrible service and cold food. We’re about to get up and leave when I overhear her talking to the table behind us saying “and they say we’re the only ones who don’t tip.” Making the not tipping thing about race as she was a black woman and the table behind us were too. Mind you one of my friends was also black. Not tipping wasn’t about your skin color it was about your inability to do a simple job and be professional. I usually tip well and was wanting to but for me your tip amount is based on how good the service is. It’s been a long time since I have simply not tipped a server bc I know that’s how they make their money but after she made that comment to the other table it didn’t even make me feel bad for not tipping. Do better Katrina.
