I always temper my expectations with fast food. It’s intended to be cheap, quick, and have moderate quality. Unfortunately, I had an awful meal at this Wendy’s. Decided to order a baconator and medium fries, it was so disappointing! I was given a tiny amount of fries, which were soggy and lacked seasoning. Baconator had no sauce, and the patties were rubbery like hockey pucks. Clearly this location has no passion or pride in their service.
P.S My bag had a hole in the bottom as you can see in the background :'( C’mon have some more care!

I ordered the spicy buffalo saucy wings, on my way to work, I didn’t look at my food because I thought it would be good because my last order I had just had the same day same place was accurate. I didn’t check till my lunchtime at work. This is how they were sauced. Barely even 3 nuggets fully sauced. Will not waste money on this item again.

Just visited this location, and I have to say that this is THE BEST experience I’ve had at any Wendy’s in a long time! The staff is terrific and the food was excellent! I recommend this location to anyone.

Be careful going to this Wendy’s, doesn’t matter if it’s uber eats or the drive through window they never give you your full order. They’ll charge you the full amount and then you’re lucky if you get half.

Found a screw in my burger tonight that I bit into. Called the manager and would keep hanging up after complaining about the issue. Tried to get contact information for upper management but said he wasn’t allowed to provide that information.

Regular Wendy’s interior. Service was not up to par. We put in our order and they asked for my name which they got wrong. We said dine in but our order was in a bag. And they forgot to place half the order in the bag so had to wait for that.

Waited 13 min in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me just now. I ordered a number 1 with cheese, only the sandwich- this is what I got. This is absolutely not a Dave’s single with cheese and it’s so cold the cheese won’t melt!! Also, didn’t give me a receipt either to show proof. Total $5.13 approx 8:10pm 5/14.
