Its more worth it to travel further down Main street or go to Bear Valley Rd for your food. Used to be my favorite location up until a few months ago. The food is always skimpy. They also got our order wrong again. They gave my vegetarian family member the wrong burrito and marked it as a cheesey bean and rice burrito. It was a different burrito that had meat in it. They gave us the wrong ingredient list the last time we went as well and served my vegetarian family members meat that time too.

Went thru drive thru. Order was taken great, order was correct. I requested 4 mild sauce and got like 10 which is only a downfall for taco bell cost.
Food was correct and hot. Number 9 is always my choice.

I decided to order online for a change because this location is always super slow no matter the time of day you order, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. Why would I order online only for you to have to check me in when I arrive and have an even longer wait time because I also have to wait for you to notice me standing at the counter? How is that efficient for online orders?

Ordered my food and the big cheez it box. 3 items missing, immediately parked and informed this location. Had errans to run, so when I got home, I noticed items from my combo missing and no big cheez it in my crunchewrap. Tried to call this location 4 times, got disconnected and no answer. Went back, and explained my cheez it crunchwrap had no cheez it. I was told that this was the last time they could remake my food. Excuse me? It was their fault in the first place, stop cheating customers out of items and do your jobs correct the first time. The audacity, first, you didnt give me everything I paid for (company error), second, you dont answer the phone (company error), third, the item is supposed to include a big cheez it, which it didnt, and when you remade the food, the cheez it was still not included. So, get it right and make sure youre error free before telling a customer who paid for items, what you wont do. Still didnt correct the error.

Ordered 2 double stack tacos no tomatoes and a burrito supreme to tomatoes. The tacos were fine but the burrito had tomatoes and took 2 bites and realized there were tomatoes. My mouth broke out in hives cuz I’m allergic to tomatoes. This is just laziness on the employees part and due to that laziness i had allergic reaction that almost sent me to the hospital
