This is not a scathing report of all Chipotle locations, just this one. I love Chipotle and I was very disappointed in the service here. Well, the service itself wasn’t bad as much as the store was very understaffed and underwhelmed. I understand a lunch rush, but this was ridiculous. The line was long as there was only one person doing in store service. Nobody was initially running the register so even when your food order was complete, you had to wait for someone to come ring you up. I could even hear the frustration in the voice of the service as he repeatedly called for someone to man the register.
My daughter and I ate in the spot and had to clear off our own table as there was no clean place to sit. In the time we were sitting there no one came to clean off the remaining tables so people had to clear them themselves to be seated.
There were no napkins available so I had to go to the restroom to get paper from there for us to clean our hands.
The food was what it was, no complaints there.

Do NOT order online from Chipotle unless you enjoy standing around questioning your life choices. I ordered ahead, showed up on time, and then watched them make every single walk-in order known to man while my food aged somewhere in the shadow realm. People walked in, ordered, paid, ate, and probably left Yelp reviews before my online order even got acknowledged.
The DMV has a faster, more organized system than Chipotle’s online ordering. Let that sink in. I’ve renewed licenses with less confusion and better communication.

Chipotle management needs to wake up. When we went to order today , we realized the workers were exhausted. 3 people handling such a large crowd. 8:30 pm and they already ran out of sour cream, cheese and lettuce.
The girl who took our order ( so sorry for not asking her name ) went beyond her ways to serve us , i genuinely felt touched to see her trying her best when the entire management chain let her down on a weekend when the place was busy due to an event in near by henrico center.

Do not order from this chipotle. I placed a DoorDash order and paid $24 for a steak bowl with extra steak. This store took advantage of the fact that this was an online order and not done in person and I got screwed on the portions. I barely got a full portion of steak in my $24 bowl. I have attempted to contact the store and end up getting the run around on the automated system. Based on prior reviews I doubt I’d get very far with anyone. I will not be giving this chipotle my business ever again.

I have been a Chipotle customer for 20+ years. As a vegan I rely on them for healthy vegan options. Unfortunately in the 3 years I have ordered delivery from this location they have never gotten my order correct. Tonight was the last time I place an order here. They forgot the romaine lettuce, added cheese to my supposedly vegan bowl, and I didn’t receive the chips I paid for. When I used the chat function to complain about not receiving chips they sent me a coupon for “free chips” that expires in a month. The chips are not “free,” I paid for them. Chipotle used to be my go-to place for healthy, fresh food. Tonight was the last time I eat Chipotle.

Its 11: 15am, the doors are locked, one lady standing at the door says she’s been waiting for 25 minutes. There are folks working at the counter, but nobody has even come to the door to say they’re busy, getting set up, understaffed, or anything. Seems like this three star rating is fairly well deserved.

Got here with my mom nd grandmother shortly after they opened. The attendants were very polite and patient, the food was fresh. My mother loved her quesidilla and my grandmother was very satisfied with her bowl. My guacamole was so good, I didn’t even put it on my bowl — I just ate it.
