Pretty nice place, it’s always packed though but it’s understandable when you’re a popular fast food chain. Cashiers could be a little more nice when helping customers but honestly i would be irritated if I had to work on a snow day too. Food is still good as always :p

Stopped ordering from this location time ago due to greasy wings leaking through bags every time but stopped by today to give them the benefit of doubt. I was wrong, not only that but I ordered hot honey and got bbq flavor. Light seasoning on fries and it seems they took this chance to be petty and just tossed a lot of seasoning couldn’t eat my fries. Never going back, should’ve learned my lesson.

So I came today for a pickup order I got the 20 boneless wings with large fry and the chicken strip combo. The fries were super greasy all of the grease was at the bottom of fries I had to put my fries on the plate and when I grabbed them I noticed the fries were not only greasy but soggy and ended up throwing it away. The wings were fine but the fries were horrible. Do better Wingstop going to a different Location next time Worst Wingstop location! never again!

This specific Wing Stop location is becoming more habitual to negative issues particularly with incorrect orders or food issues. Have not reported previous minor issues hoping they were one-offs and issues were always corrected. Patience has now run out.
Order of carrots yielded a tray of dirty carrots which also appeared to be partially rotted (picture attached). Suggest eye’s on checking of order before leaving. The culmination of all issues caused the rating to be reduced from five (5) stars to three (3) stars for this location.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. The cashier, Mia Regina, has had a terrible attitude on multiple visits. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it—she is consistently rude and dismissive. When I asked her to show me the plates, she rolled her eyes and acted like it was too much to do. A cashier is the face of the store, and it really leaves a bad impression when the person at checkout can’t even manage basic courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve respectful and professional service.

I had an awesome experience at Wingstop. The wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. Efrain was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment we walked in, Efrain made us feel welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. Efrain was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great recommendations. It’s not often you come across such exceptional customer service, and Efrain definitely made our dining experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a 15 piece boneless and large cheese fries. The fries are really good and the cheese doesn’t really taste like the canned crap. Wings ARE slightly over cooked and are hard to bite into. The boneless taste like bad chicken nuggets. Flavors and dipping cups are the winners at Wing Stop. I’ve had better food at other locations for sure.

Food smelled amazing walking in but I didn’t get to order, I came in today to sit down and eat. It’s been a while since coming in but I walked up to the counter waited for the person in front of me to be done. Turned out to be the Staffs sibling and they were carrying conversation. I politely waited. She then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately the counter register wasn’t working. I sat down to wait in the bench after a brief couple minutes. Other clients walked in and were able to order at the register within minutes.

Louisiana Rub barely has the seasoning on the wings. I asked the cashier to see if he can give me a side of the seasoning so I can put it on the wings. Told that there will be a charge for that. I don’t mind paying extra if the wings were seasoned properly, but they were not, so I don’t think j should pay extra. Picture attached.
