They always mess up something with my order. it used to be the ice coffee then the chicken nuggets and now it is my bacon double quarter pounder with cheese. What is the point of having an app to order the food and still having to worry about getting correct order. Luckily I was able to call and one of the employees did say the next time I order a quarter pounder they can upgrade the sandwich to the bacon version. If it wasn’t for the nice employees that do their job correctly I would not go to this location.

Tell me why, when I place a mobile order, I give my code at the speaker, they say my name, I say yes. Then the guy at the first window is asking my name, then gives me attitude for no reason. Then the lady at the second window is also asking my name and code and what items I ordered. After answering her, she goes to get the manager, and I have to repeat everything again?

Food was cold! Who wants to eat at cold fish sandwich?? NO ONE and the smart mouth unprofessional purple head manager go back to school and learn how to talk to people with respect and have a attitude that the customer is not bother you it shows in your tone. Will never visit this place again. And to the people who run or operate the McDinalds App how about you get it together and make sure it works so customers are able to use it instead of being told the code didn’t take. Im done with McDonald’s your standards have gone done.
