I usually pick Wendy’s over the other fast food chains because I like it better. But I might have to pass in the future for this location. I went to this location today Friday February 27th 2026 a little bit before 9:00pm. All I asked was for was a drink with no ice. I had to repeat it twice because I don’t think they heard me over the intercom (I’m guessing faulty headphones?) anyways I get to the window and the drink had ice in it. Told the lady at the window that I asked for no ice, and she said “that’s not on the order” so obviously at this point I’m just a little bit frustrated but I didn’t want to make a huge deal of it so I was going to say it’s okay and right as I’m about to say it and reach out for the drink she pulls it back closes the window abruptly, she does change out my drink I’ll give her credit for that. So she comes back to the window hands me my drink, I say thank you and she closes the window on me abruptly without saying a word. Listen I get it sometimes we all have bad days but come on, all I asked for was for no ice and I wasn’t being belligerent and I wasn’t yelling. In all honesty I think I was fairly polite. But yeah I don’t think I’m coming back to this location. I’m just tired of getting treated this way for basic things, especially when I’m dealing with a loss in the family.

This was a top-notch Wendy’s establishment. I had the double which had 2 thick and juicy burgers with fresh, high quality toppings. The restaurant was clean, and the servers were hard-working, friendly, and efficient. Glad that we stopped by for a meal.

I have been living in the tri-state area for about 6 years. This is the BEST Wendy’s I’ve seen. Employees are amazing, kind, and respectful. The place is very clean (inside and outside), along with the food of course. The managers are very kind as well! Especially the nighttime manager! You guys are appreciated 🙂

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and pecan apple salad. Got neither got a chicken sandwich off dollar menu and a Caesar salad. Did not notice till a got home which is a half hr away. Need to talk to the help! No reason for that type of mistake. Only two items order. Pretty simple. And to top it off it wasn’t even busy!

Came to Wendy’s around 1:20ish a.m after a long shift. As soon as my partner started to order the girl on order taker was obnoxious, very rude, was huffing and puffing and you could tell she was also eating which I don’t find professional. The two workers we had problems with that were working around this time, were to plus size girls with ponytails. As soon as we get to the window we get looks, while paying for our order the tone was rude. We let them know a burger was wrong they were rude about that. THEY forgot to add fries to our order and a plus size girl came to a window stated “What” we expressed they forgot out fries and she rolled her eyes. It seemed to be after we got our fries manger handed it to us so the fact a manager was there letting that happened is ridiculous m. I personally think if you can’t be respectful and get annoyed with customers coming to order at a fast food restaurant than I’m sorry you shouldn’t be working there.

This Wendy’s was very nice and clean. The service was ok but there was a longer than expected wait for our food. This statement is not to be a reflection on the employees. They were working very hard, were friendly, and courteous but it did appear that they were short staffed.

Cashier name phoenix she cany be in cashier . She dont take care of clients very well shes is like space out missing everybodys cup for their order like she had literaly 2 customers in front of her and she was just playing around the counter .. i think ya need a better person in the cashier!
