I went to Federer Jack’s for dinner with my family and friends, and we had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with amazing views that made the evening feel extra special. The drinks were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious especially the Chicken Cajun Pasta, shrimp, lobster bisque, and Chicken Ravioli. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
While the service could have been a little more attentive, everything else was so fantastic that it still deserves a full five stars. Federer Jack’s is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, highly recommend!

This place, located right in the port of Kennebunkport, has been the place to have a brew with a view, since 1992. It sits right in the water, the lot backing up to the kennebunk river (a tidal river). The place has a large parking lot- that’s free- in the summer they do have valet, but you don’t HAVE to do it. They have plenty of handicap parking, and an elevator, as the main dining room is on the second floor. It’s got a beautiful brewtique on the first floor, where you can get all kinds of Maine themed gear and gadgets. The manager there is lovely. The new GM at feds has really made all the difference in the world. Yes, changes have been made, but for the better. The brewery is back up and running, after a renovation to it over the last summer. The dining areas are always festive and decorated. The food is vibrant and flavorful! The staff is happy to be at work and waiting on customers, you can tell by their demeanors. The atmosphere is wonderfully upbeat these days. They now have gluten free pastas and a wide variety of options for the folks of your party that may be vegetarian or vegan. They have a good amount of seafood, and land lovers meals. They just put out their winter menu, as it changes every six months. They have standard pub fairs, specials daily and something cool happening every day of the week but Saturday. They have free pool all day on Sunday. They have a $5 Bloody Mary and mimosa special day, mugs and Mac, pints and pizza, trivia night, and more. They do a large prelude celebration every December, usually the first two weekends of the month. It’s quite something to see, that’s for sure ! They’re really trying to make a difference at their restaurant, while keeping the customer in the forefront. If you’ve had a bad experience, I’d say now is the time, to give them a second chance. They have several dishes that are so dang delicious, I have trouble choosing which to get, EVERY SINGLE TIME ! Right now their hours are 11am- 8pm every single day. Those change during the two weeks of prelude, and during the summer, the hours will go a bit later.

It is the off season so place had some locals and tourists but not overly busy. Just stopped to try a beer as didn’t realize this was once Shipyard Breweries first spot. Nice view of the harbor area especially with the outdoor seating in the summer. Also has a shop to buy their merchandise and canned beers. They also brew there. Parking is lousy but can see why place draws a crowd. We stop here every time we are in the area. Check it out, worth a visit.

Located in the charming Kennebunkport, this must be a popular dining spot. It was my last day so I wanted to try the ‘lobster roll’.
Disappointing! The lobster was not succulent or scrumptious. It was cold. Unappetizing. Tasteless. Un-Impressive!
& definitely Pricey.
But tge fries were good. And the bread was nicely buttered & toasted.
I would provide the option to have the lobster roll warm, with a buttery garlic sauce, like scampi, dripping on the lobster meat. And get better lobster meat. It was soggy.
The young ladies were efficient & wonderful service
Came. Had the lobster roll. And was disappointed.
If Fed Jacks want to leave a lasting impression make good food.

Second time visiting this location. Love federal jacks! The food and location are great. Service is slow, so be prepared to wait. But when you have such a great location and beautiful weather, hanging out longer for a long lunch break is nice.
Got a local ipa, which was great. The fried pickles are a tasty snack, and my crispy chicken was full of flavor. Really enjoyed my lunch. Stop by for a treat!

We randomly decided to go back after exactly 6 years. The views are amazing. The atmosphere is great. The waitress was nice but not very attentive . My husband ordered the Tenders with blueberry bbq sauce. Those were very Tasty. His Root Beer had a creamy taste so that was good. My Nachos I ordered I couldn’t eat they were extremely dry, the cheese was hard and stuck to the plate. I wasn’t rude i just couldn’t eat them the waitress was very nice about it and they didn’t charge me. My Mom likes going there during the summer and no complaints about the food.

This is a really nice place, they have a good selection of food, the staff are super friendly, and the view is amazing.
We started with the pretzels with cheese which tasted amazing, we have a fish sandwich with fries and a lobster roll with a salad. Both dishes tasted amazing.

We went during Prelude and it was so busy but our server Carrie was so nice and awesome. Drinks were fab, chicken wings were great, burger was good. Clam hiwder was a bit salty.

Another great lunch time meal, we also had same server Morgan we do over a month ago, our son Finn (4) remembers federal jacks and wanted to come back for the pb and j with fries! We love the beer and bang bang shrimp!

My wife and I happened upon Federal Jack’s and we were blown away. We came for the views but will come back the food. My haddock fish taco was the best ever! Overstuffed with excellent seasoning. My wife’s Mediterranean haddock was excellent. The side of rice with paella seasoning was fantastic. Zoe took great care of us.
