THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD, DO NOT EAT HERE! I’ve had numerous issues with this location within the last few months. The customer service sucks, they always make my order wrong or something is missing, & they move so slow. I paid for guacamole on my bowl & didn’t receive it, that was the first thing that ticked me off. Then, mid bite I saw this bug in my food & instantly started throwing up. I’m so damn disgusted. They need to shut this location down or get new management because this shit is unacceptable.

First time at this location. I purchased a brown rice bowl, took it to work, and come to find out the rice wasn’t cooked! So disappointed. The rice taste like it was straight out the bag and onto my bowl. Wasted $12 for nothing. The customer service was fine. The staff was quick. In and out. Please please please cook the rice a little while longer!

This was my first time visiting this Chipotle location. The service overall was good. The server was very speedy when it came to plating the food, which I appreciated. While they weren’t very customer-friendly, the process itself moved along fairly quickly. There was a bit of a wait in line before getting my food, but once I reached the counter, everything went smoothly.

Y’all should seriously listen to the reviews of this place.. when I walked in at 8 PM to pick up my mobile order, the floors were filthy and sticky. Trash all over the place. The work area had food all over the floor and counters.
I seriously doubt anyone has any regard for food safety here.
I arrived 10 minutes after my food should have been ready, and wasn’t greeted for 10 minutes while I waited. When I gave the name for my order, they started to make it right then. The employee there was super rude and short with me as well. If I had the chance to ask for a refund I absolutely would have.
Plus, I guess they were out of vinaigrette because I didn’t have any in my bag. Why wouldn’t you tell me you were out? Like come on.
Spend your money elsewhere. Chipotle has completely lost their minds with these prices and lack of customer service and cleanliness. I’m debating calling the health department.

I came here last night with my bf around 6:40pm. He did an online order. We had ordered two side tortillas, a burrito, and burrito bowl. They didn’t inform anyone they were out of tortillas until he came inside. So he couldn’t get his burrito and had to settle for a bowl (that was made incorrectly). I’m still trying to figure out how they ran out of tortillas before closing. It was only 7pm. They had made my bowl wrong as well. I wanted chicken, lettuce, corn, cheese, sour cream, rice, and beans. My bowl was filled with rice, a little bit of lettuce, sour cream, a little bit of corn, a few slithers of cheese, no beans, and double chicken. It’s like they’re skimping on the veggies now. My bf wanted double chicken, rice, cheese, and sour cream. They put my beans in his food (my beans for my bowl) and barely put chicken in there. He was supposed to have the double chicken. We would’ve took the food back and had it remade, but the lobby was filled with people waiting on their food. It would’ve took way more time than we already waited for our order that we paid for online. We won’t be returning to this location due to them making food incorrectly and the lackluster attitude from employees.

They’re usually good!!! I’m not sure what happened today but they need to get it together. My daughter grabbed the food around 11:15 this morning and the food is horrible! My chicken is completely burnt and taste like it’s from yesterday! I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money! Cashier stated that they had no shredded cheese but later they brought shredded cheese out but didn’t offer to give me the cheese I requested!

Usually love chipotle but the food from this location was nasty ( literally tastes old ) my husband brought me a bowl and it looks sloppy and tastes worse. Took one bite and spit it out, looking at the other reviews they make a habit of being out of things they were out of vinegarette and the specialty drinks, customer service was also definitely a no. The girl serving just kept saying she couldn’t wait to go home.

This is a distasteful email due to the management at Chipotle in McDonough-Hampton. Your manager on duty at this moment 11/06/25 1:35pm is being really rude to customers and staff members. It was noted by the cook that you all are short staffed today.
I woke up this morning, wanting chipotle. My first stop was Bellamay Strickland for an estimate on my car. The secretary had ordered Uber Eats from chipotle. She was on the phone discussing how her order was wrong. Unfortunately the manager was unapologetic and rude. I proceeded to Chipotle, giving grace on someone else’s behalf.
I waited on more chicken to be cooked for about 10 minutes. I was still optimistic about the outcome. The manager came out the back with a disgusting performance. It was about 4 pieces of carne asada left when the person next to me asked for more. I stated to the other employee that I would pay the extra for the meat. It was not a full portion. Instead of asking she informed him that I would be charged double for the meat. Even though I don’t have a problem with paying. I asked for a full portion of the meat.
She rudely asked the cashier “to more get an away from down here” and proceeded to down talk the young lady capabilities.
Long story short, she is running off your great employees. I advise that to focus on the numbers that are sure to drop if she stays in charge.

The staff behind the counter didn’t seem to care that I was standing there waiting to place my order. It’s the slowest Chipotle I have EVER been to. On top of that the front door didn’t work so people would pull, not get in, and then walk around to the side when all they needed to do is pull harder. And when the guacamole is so salty that you don’t want to finish it, three strikes and you’re out!
