What a great McDonald’s I usually feel over looked when I enter a McDonald’s but not this time. The Staff met my every need. The girl at the Drive-thru was very attentive and went the extra mile to insure everything was perfect.

This McDonald’s is nice and clean. It has a play place that is separated from the main dining area by a glass wall. A good place for adults and kids. Still has the old style feel.

I paid for my food and they refused to give it to me They have my $11.50 and I left with nothing.
I ordered on the mobile app, gave them my code and they said “ for Robin”? I said yes and pulled up to the window. Then they said they could find my order when I got to the window,. Manager said the screen had glitched and the order was gone. I pulled up my online banking and showed the $11.50 was showing on my account. They said I would have to pay again at the window so they had an order they could see and call for a refund at the office in Lawrenceburg. I said no, give me what I already paid for I’m not paying twice. So after 10 minutes of arguing and very angry people behind me, I left without my food and they have my money. Horrible service.

Ordered my food a number 7, which is the two cheese buger meal.. and i asked for no cheese extra onions… paid then as soon as I made it to the drop-off window, they handed me my drink and pulled me forward. There were two others pulled ahead of me, and they continued pulling people ahead as I’m sure so their time on their window service looked good. So I waited and someone came out and asked me if my order was something other than what I had ordered. I said no, and she left. After about 10 minutes and everyone else in front of me and behind me that had been pulled ahead left someone came out and said I’m so sorry, but can I see your receipt? I handed them my receipt, which clearly said what I ordered. He came right back out, and it had two cheese burgers. I didn’t find that out until I got on down the road. I was traveling and didn’t want to go all the way back and deal with that mess. I figured since he asked for the receipt, they could have gotten it right… if you do your job correctly and in a timely manner, there should be no reason to have to pull everyone forward and avoid the whole fiasco

As a person always on night shift it is not very often that I get up early enough to catch breakfast at any fast food chain. However on the rare occasion that I do I appreciate when a team leader/ manager takes the time to make sure that my order is made correctly. A special thank you for miss/Mrs. Jasmine the person in charge that handled every issue I had with haste and a good attitude despite the time and my pedantic complaints.

Just honestly sad to order at Pulaski McDonald’s!!! You never get everything you order on top on that when you get a cheeseburger the stuff is just thrown together like slobs!!! The employees are very rude, never get a how are you or have a good day!!! When you get to the window to get your food they basically just throw it at you!! Very poor management!!!

Again one star.. This is the only place that makes up their own orders.. I specifically ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.. I get home and I get an egg and cheese biscuit.. All they worried about is rounding up for the Ronald McDonald house.. NO.. I want my order done correctly.. especially when you have to wait at the next window for it… Again hotcakes no syrup… I just dont understand why you have to question them bout during their job
