Just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a McDonald’s in my life. Came to order two separate, orders “ALONG WITH A THIRD MOBILE ORDER” lady at first window was the absolute sweetest. But once we got to the second window the employee started handing us the drinks, we politely asked her if she had known which drinks was which to what separate order. She replied with “it’s all gonna be thrown in the bag” we politely asked for cup holders, she replied with “we’re out” understandable right? It happens? She brings us are food a moment later. EVERY ORDER SHOVED IN ONE BAG! The tinniest bag at that, we explained that we had separate orders. She said “we are required to put everything in one bag if it’s the same car” we had completely separate orders, and had to separate everything to figure out if it was all there. She slams window. Missed a large fry (ofc) had to walk back up to window since the lobby was closed nobody answered. Went back through drive through and the lady at the first window politely resolved are night. Went home to soggy wet fries, the bag ripped in half on the way home. Worst experience ever. Please fix this. The teenager was very impolite and should always respect and satisfy the customers.

I understand this is not the most fun place to work and it’s mainly children working there. But I am getting tired of this place not reading the orders. I say on my order “light ice” and they’re in flow-state filling up the entire cup with ice. I say I want a sweet tea? They give me unsweetened. There have been 4 occasions where I’m told to pull forward and I’ve been forgotten. Doesn’t matter if I’m barely past the second window or if I turned left around the building. I’ve been forgotten. The chicken is always burnt on the snack wraps as well. Also there’s a young woman who doesn’t even tell you what she’s handing you. She almost handed someone’s full drink order and I was like “uh nope. Not mine.” I understand that working with people in fast food is hard. I know it’s not easy. But the work to actually DO the fast food work is not rocket science. Read the orders. It’s not that hard.

Third time I’ve been here in a row for lunch. The heavy set girl that runs the counter is worse than curt and rude. Employees like this cost businesses money. She is absolutely horrible and I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks so. I will tell every one I can and will NEVER come back to this location.

I went at 6:50 for a meal deal, ordered on the kiosk. There was a lady packing bags and brought mine over, said my order all quiet and irritated. The I asked for Mac sauce because there wasn’t an option on the kiosk to buy some.
She handed me a portion cup that didn’t even cover the bottom. I couldn’t have poured that out if I tried.
I said “can I pay for more”
And the she very angered said “35 cents”.
She then gave me a half full cup which I found to be better.

Her attitude was unacceptable for me doing my own order and me asking for sauce.

I’ve never had a more terrible experience at a mcdonalds. First window was fine, second window the lady immediately started handing me a massive cone that BROKE right away. She came back with our other two cones and my wife said hey the first one broke can we get another it completely broke, she never acknowledged her she just walked away. My wife was asking her again and the lady started yelling at my wife accusing her of calling her a name and said we can either get a refund or she was gonna get another cone but with a terrible attitude. I responded to defend my wife and she said yes you can go. Paid $10 for only 2 of the three cones we ordered, and was told to leave. Unprofessional teenagers have no business in customer service. Check your attitudes and employees mcdonalds. We won’t ever be back!

This McDonald’s is weird. No soda fountain. No available condiments except on request. And no lights on when it’s dark. Basically they don’t want anyone to come in.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had, service was horrific, made my food incorrectly and when asked to remake it the manager continued to have attitude throughout the whole interaction! Food was remade burgers were lukewarm and Fries were cold asked for a fresh batch with no salt due to a health issue and when shown the receipt saying their with 2 orders of fries on the order was met with an argumentative manager saying the order only had 1 order of fries, as far as the atmosphere lobby was clean but the bathrooms are not a priority floor sticky toilet seats dirty and sink filthy. Will not be coming back to this McDonald’s seems like customer service is lacking with management and staff not accommodating whatsoever!

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. Pulled into the drive through at 7:10 PM, still waiting at 7:40 (only reason I am waiting is because I have a sick kid who really wanted a McDonald’s cheeseburger). Asked to pull around twice, asked the guy a couple times what the hold up was and got no answer other than please pull around. My order was a small fry, 8 nuggets, and a double cheese burger.
