Every single person in this place needs to be fired. They literally treat and serve people in a way that they themselves would never tolerate. Ordered via DD – Food arrived with no Tamper Seal NO wrapping on the drink or Other Items. Why would YOU send an order for delivery out without SEALING the food to make sure it is not tampered with?! Would YOU eat that?! NO. Unsafe. Unsanitary. Plus, they know they are unprofessional and out of line which is why the phone is always permanently off the hook so no one can call and complain. This is not a safe restaurant. NEVER GO HERE.

I made a mobile app order at 4:09 pm today, arrived and checked in at 4:10 on the app. After sitting in the mobile order only pickup stall for 10 min without my drink being delivered, I decided to move to a red button stall for assistance. The gentleman answered and I explained I was waiting on my mobile order and stated my name. He rudely said “for who” I repeated myself and he said it would be right out. After waiting another 15 min, and watching them service drive theough and other mobile order only stalls on the other side of the location I pressed the red button again for the second time. They let it time out without answering so I pressed it again for the 3rd time they finally replied stating they were not taking stall orders drive through only. They didn’t allow me to reply, just disconnected. I pull around through to the drive through and sat there with no acknowledgement or greeting whatsoever. I FINALLY said HELLO, and once again they rudely asked me to hold on in which I did for another 15 minutes and after me saying hello again they never ever responded. I finally gave up at 4:45 and drove away to another restaurant without my drink or my refund and diabolical level rude service. I thought this location had rebounded from terrible food and service but I see its much of the same.

This is by far the worst location in town. We have cashiers working the window that don’t understand when you order and pay for a specific size of an item and receive your order and half is missing the customer needs to be compensated for the portion or reimbursed. Manager J.W. needs to be a better leader to her team and listen to her customers instead of accusing them of lying (she was met with the reciept). We can’t count,we dont listen and we have a huge lack of understanding. This place has the perfect location and has the potential to be a real money maker but the staff is fumbling. Will NEVER be back.The customer should always be reasonable and right,I was both.

Spoke with manager on duty which was pointless, this location has always been a problem ,or you may be the problem. The employees don’t seem as if they are trained properly. Please help them.

They tell u card only at the speaker then at the window ask if u have cash. Then after you say no….they toss your bag of food at you and hand drinks out the window all pissy. Food was cold and made wrong also missing items…..what a fun trip….NOT!

Pulled up to the Drive Through at 10:40 on 10/6, and ordered 2 meals, and in both we replaced the drink with a mini ice cream. When we went to pay, it was WAY more expensive because we didn’t know that choosing a mini meant that everything was individually charged instead of discounted since we were ordering meals. I’m okay with this being a rule Sonic follows, what I’m not okay with is that the attendant made no effort to say anything about it.

Secondly, they got our order wrong so we had to go back around. Despite it being us an another person in front of us, going back around took us 30+ minutes alone. While we were waiting, not only would the attendant not tell the person in front of us their total (the customer had to ask repeatedly), but they got his order wrong AND THE PERSON BEHIND US’s ORDER WRONG.

The way they got our order wrong was by giving us one menu item instead of another (we wanted a BLT). By the time we got our meal, our food was all cold and our ice cream melted. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make that at a fast food restaurant when there aren’t many people in line, and when you’d think the person (I guess *people*) who you messed up the order of would get priority.

I wouldn’t normally post a bad review like this, but 1) the attendant had no sympathy or apology, and 2) after talking to friends about it, many had similar experiences, meaning this isn’t an isolated incident.

This place is terrible took over 15 minutes to get an answer from drive thru and even longer after ordering the place doesn’t look like it’s clean either. The car in front of me clearly had an issue they gave back food and after 20 minutes was directed to pull into a spot would not recommend

This is the SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to. I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence but it wasn’t. I’ve now been a handful of times and every single one of them has been terrible! I’ve heard others complain about the speed of service at this location too. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s close proximity to the hospital. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come and wait forever for my food if another location was close by.

We received some really good customer service today around 5:15pm.The manager even walked out and asked.Was everything all right. It seemed as if they were really working as a team because the car’s next to us were delivered there. Food with 2 individuals as well. One.
