Refused to fulfill verified in-store mobile order and had doors locked (at 5pm) so they did not have to have any customers inside and had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 mins to receive incorrect, COLD, and unseasoned food. I’m assuming they did not want people to come in from the rain and make the place dirty. Just wanted to be lazy, with multiple workers sitting at the tables just hangin out.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Zaxby’s… my shoes stuck to the floor from the apparent drink that was spilled on the floor and not cleaned properly. The soda machine could definitely use a deep cleaning since it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 2024. The counters, and tables were just as nasty. My husband and I were going to eat in at first but decided we would leave the germs behind instead. The manager and staff here should be ashamed to work in these conditions.

I am not satisfied with what I ordered. I didn’t receive all the condiments that I needed for my order. Food wise, the chicken taste like they cooked it in burnt grease also the chicken didn’t have enough sauce, the fries wasn’t cooked enough nor it didn’t have the extra seasoning in which I ask for when I place the order, the cheesecake bites was ok just didn’t my sauce to go with but overall I’m highly upset with my order.

Hey man ….it’s Zaxby’s! Of you’ve been here before then they’re pretty much the same all over.

This one in particular sits in a pretty decent high traffic area. Right down the street from the University. I picked up an order around 11:00 p.m. on a saturday. And the staff was a bunch of young folks. I mentioned this because the maturity level and urgency seems to diminish depending on the age group and places like this. But I didn’t have too much of a problem with my visit

The food at Zaxby’s food, obviously. So there’s no real variance from store to store.

All in all, a good place to stop and get some food. U-Haul it can’t go wrong with a quick Zaxby’s stop

Soooo slow. There were 5 cars ahead of me and I sat in the line for 45 minutes. The guy who took my order was definitely high because he spoke so slowly and was so confused, which I really wouldn’t care about if it wasn’t so obviously affecting service and food. My toast was stale and they didn’t add any extra seasoning to my fries like I requested, which may have helped with the fact that my fries were also stale. I love Zaxby’s but this one sucks. Fast food is supposed to be fast. I’ve turned tables while waitressing in less time than it took for this drive thru order.

I literally had the worst experience at this location. I purchased order through app and came to store to pick up order at 11:15 AM (store hours state they open at 10:30). Employee stated through intercom they weren’t open yet due to chicken tenders not being done. I sat and waited in my car and got back in line. Sam, the cashier, told me to pull up and my order would be brought out. I waited for 25 minutes and got back in line to find out where my order was. Sam said the guy who brings out orders is busy right now and that they were busy handling other orders. She said my order was done but no one was available to bring my food out. My food was left on the counter to get cold. I had to continue waiting in the drive thru line to get my food. After another 15 minutes of waiting I reach the drive thru and ask for a manager. Anthony said the manager was not in store at the moment. He stated, ” I apologize we are still trying to figure things out” and offered to remake my food which would take more of my time. He took my 5 piece tender which I touched and dumped them back in the grease! When he gave them back they were so stiff my toddler didn’t even want to eat them and he loves Zaxby’s. Disgusting experience and staff make unsanitary decisions and shouldn’t be handling food in this manner. Also, my cobb salad was missing the egg. I literally spent 45 minutes picking up food, dealing with poor customer service and unsatisfactory food that Zaxby’s normally has. Unprofessional service, lack of understanding and no motivation to correct the situation at all. Please avoid this location. They do not have things in order and expect you to be understanding of the lack of good business.

The lobby is was a nasty mess. The cashier wasn’t friendly. The cooks in the back for dine in side wasn’t sanitary. The one cook needs to secure his dreads. The other cook need to change his gloves after wiping his forehead. The tall slender packer was eating on the front line. The entire staff needs to be recoached in hospitality, even the female manager that was there that night. I was there a total of 23mins, with ok food.

The absolutely worst Zaxbys to go to, especially if you’re in a rush. They have the mobile app feature available but DO NOT CATER TO IT.
I placed my online order the first time and had to go in when I placed curbside !
The second time the dine in area was closed, and they did not Anwser 1/10 calls …

Do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this location at all cost. The line is always long, therefore I’ve placed a Togo order to pickup inside twice. The 1st time I was approached at the locked door after being stared at with a female stating “You’re the last person imma let in on GOD”. I asked well why was I allowed to place an order for in store pickup if you all weren’t allowing people inside? *shrugs shoulders*. When I finally received my order it was incorrect. Last night I tried again since it’s been a few months maybe they’ve changed. I placed an online order for in store pickup, the pick up time stated 10 pm. I approach the door to retrieve my order and the lights are on, I’m calling, and they’re ignoring me as I wait and knock on the door. Apparently the dining room closes at 10…how so if my order stated to pick up at 10. I go back again to make sure I’m not crazy surely they’ll answer the phone or door for an online order that still hasn’t been picked up, I was wrong. This time they cut the lights off and watched as I knocked on the door. This time I left without the food I purchased. There is a serious disconnect at this location. Why are customers allowed to place orders if your dining hall is closing/closed? Why is there a handmade sign posted that you’re closing before it’s time? Why are your employees so rude? I understand the high volume, but if you can’t do any better than this then there’s no need for you all to remain open.

I waited 75 minutes today for a dozen sandwiches (most with no toppings). Lobby was full of people waiting ridiculous times for simple orders (50 minutes for 2 salads or over 40 minutes for 1 meal). Staff ate snacks, idled and snickered while we waited without any communication or apologies. After my wait I was still missing so many items and when I asked for a missing order the cook yelled that I was lying in front of the whole store. Spent $160 for the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money or your time at this store.
