I would like to report an unpleasant situation that occurred at your restaurant.
On February 21, 2026, at approximately 6:27 PM,I ordered French fries at your establishment. When I received my order, I found a hair in the fries. I have a photo as evidence.
I politely approached the counter and asked for a replacement, but the staff refused to resolve the issue and asked us to leave the restaurant. When I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to provide it, turned around, and walked away. This behavior was very disappointing.
I kindly ask you to look into this matter and take appropriate measures to prevent similar situations in the future.

So I’ve only been here for breakfast but I can say right now, I absolutely love this staff. The drive threw lady is always so polite and sweet. The guy that hands me the food is such a nice guy. He looks like the manager. Ive encountered others every now and then but those are the main two. I even picked up my food today thinking they messed my drink order up ( no big deal) and the manager with no hesitation corrected it. Super polite. Then I realized im the dumb dumb that ordered wrong on the app. Felt so bad. Even though there was no attitudes exchanged, I still felt bad. So thats why I’m taking my time with this review. They all deserve a gold star and I’ll continue to keep coming to this mcdonalds

This location is my favorite one. The whole team provides great service and the food is ALWAYS fresh when I go no matter the time of day. This morning the customer really stood out to me. I kept trying to use a reward coupon in the app for any kind of steak breakfast sandwich but it doesn’t allow it. As I kept changing my order to every type of steak sandwich being half sleep after 16 hours the employees were so so kind and laughing and overall awesome. Who ever the new guy and the other young man working with him wereplus whoever was in the kitchen, they were great. It was very nice to see people so bubbly in the early morning.

The restaurant is clean, the staff is nice but they cannot properly prepare anything. Fríes are cold, sándwiches have barely any of the toppings and half the cheese is barely on the sandwich if they even get the order right. This McDonald’s is less than a miles from my house and I will purposely go out of my way to go to a different one. This is 3 times in a month that the same issues have come up.

4/2024 5* I only used the drive thru. Food was hot and ready quickly. Staff was friendly and they all had great smiles. Good experience for me!

Got a triple cheeseburger, went through the drive though for it and when I finally got to my destination, the burger looked like it had been dragged through the grease trap of the grill. Burnt chunks littering the burger in random spots, it was literally DRIPPING with grease. The worst burger I’ve ever hard and that’s saying something given it’s McDonald’s.
