I don’t know when Popeyes changed their wings flavors but that dry rub aint it. I order garlic parm thinking I was gonna get the wet sauce flavored with the ghost wings and I got a plain dry rub and all it taste like is salt. Service was mid. No sauces available, no dark meat, and people at the register were not really welcoming. First and last time coming here.

Ms. Dominique made me and my family feel very welcomed from the time we entered until we exited. She made sure we received hot and fresh food in a timely fashion. We decided to dine-in because of her welcoming atmosphere. Her lobby and restrooms were very clean and had a fresh and clean smell.. I can tell she is a mother because of the way she treated my kids. They absolutely loved her!! And we absolutely loved her even more for being so kid-friendly!! We’ll definitely be looking for her when we pass through again!!

Each Popeye’s location has the same great food, cooked to perfection, but served by different faces. Being from Louisiana, I am a lover of Popeye’s Cajun chicken. The sides are a little bland but add some seasoning and it is good to go for a delicious meal. I tried the new spicy wrap and I was not disappointed.

Coming Florida to houston tx. Since we were so hungry we stopped to eat. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been too. Lady that took my order was so rude and didn’t have a name tag. Then later they closed the restrooms so we won’t be able to use it again. Bad bad place and I would rather gone somewhere else.

How are you going to be next to the truck stop and close the lobby at 8pm and not take orders from the window due to not enough people working. If you can take orders from the driver through then you can take orders from the window. I shouldn’t have to use the app to get my food from the drive through window either. I saw at least 3 people working. Increase their pay if the people are short staffed for the night so they can also have a better attitude whem questioned about why the lobby is closed. This brought back memories when truckers couldn’t get any food during covid at the beginning…..

Half of the order was not in the bag. I can understand if there is a one time thing, but this has happened multiple times at this location. If you’re local, you’re stuck with it otherwise if you’re from out of town, keep driving find something else to eat.

The staff seems to do the bare minimum of what is required. The young man taking our order was extremely soft spoken. I had to ask him to repeat everything he said at least once. It also seemed as if we were a burden to him as he took our order. I asked for some sweet and low and a lady behind the counter said we don’t have that here. That was odd to me. I went back to the counter to ask for napkins none were included with our order. I then went back to the counter. As I approached the lady said “what’s wrong”? I said “nothing.” I asked if she had any honey for my biscuit. She handed me two packets. I then said “I could use one for my tea as well.” Nothing was offered. Customer service skills could use some work. Food was okay.

Food was good, but service was horrible. They outwardly were disappointed when they saw us walk in as customers. Then they mumbled when they talked. They had us wait for our chicken and the whole time it was already cooked (we knew because we could see the cooked chicken sitting in the case and also a worker in the back even mentioned it).

I went to Popeyes 4/26 10:15pm pulled up to the drive Thur was told to hold on 10 minutes later still waiting so I drove around no one came to the window so I call the district manager Mrs.Linda so she can find out what’s going on so I drove back around the guy answered was very rude got to the window he’s upset I can’t be cleaning and taking orders all loud being very disrespectful towards me also, if they can’t wait, it ain’t his problem but the only thing I have a problem with is him not showing common courtesy ma’am hold on I’m coming something apologize for my weight something other than being rude and disrespectful didn’t get his name because he had a coat on some kind of hoodie. He had long dreads, dark skinned male, but I will not be visiting this location again you come to spend your money and you give our cold food you could’ve warmed it up something but I put it in the trash couldn’t eat it money wasted!!

Horrible atmosphere. Visited 11/1/25 @ 1:13pm. Chicken crust hard but meat was decent, biscuit hard as a rock. The floor in the waiting area was so sticky my shoes stuck to floor. So much smoke in building my eyes burnt. Im surprised the smoke alarm did not go off. Please get your last Mgr back. This is unacceptable.
