I asked for no tomato on my burger and they gave me tomato. I asked for ketchup on my burger, they did not give me ketchup. I asked for barbecue sauce at the window, they said they “already put it”. I checked the bag, they put a singular one. I ordered TWO meals. Received ONE bbq sauce in one of the bags, absolutely nothing in the other. I know not everyone is very good at math, but one sauce is not enough for 2 medium fries, 2 burgers, and 4 nuggets.

I placed an order on Uber Eats that was supposed to be ready in about 25 minutes — no problem. However, the pickup time kept getting delayed, and every driver who showed up was turned away by this establishment. When I called to ask what was going on, the woman who answered was rude and dismissive. She claimed my order had already been picked up, even though no one ever did. When I asked if they could remake the meal since I hadn’t received it and Uber was still sending drivers, she refused and said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing customer service.

This is unacceptable. I go inside to order, not only is the inside empty but the drive thru had one car. I waited as a woman with blue hair played on her phone and didn’t take my order. I waited more and another woman comes out and as slow as possible walks over to the register to take my order. The woman with the blue hair just stood there playing on her phone while I ordered. The place smelled so bad like old mop water and it was hotter inside than outside because I was told the AC was broken. When I got my food it was made correctly and I was satisfied with that, all the above needs work. Employees shouldn’t have to work in a kitchen with no AC working, that’s insane. Still doesn’t excuse the lack of decent customer service.

Don’t go here, it’s a waste of your time and nobody works here to serve customers. Even the 7 Doordashers were getting irritated at how nobody was being tended to.

I ordered online and didn’t give me either of the Frostys I ordered. It happens so frequent (missing items) that it’s almost like it’s on purpose. I’m giving the driver the benefit of the doubt because even when going in person they forget. Ridiculous. You gotta check your bags before you leave the window.

I ordered online as I always do. I come to pick up my order. The lady says she did not see my order so I thought I made a mistake and I re-ordered it again. I asked her again so I thought I made a mistake again then I asked her. she said oh I do not see your order. I looked at the screen. I see my order each time I asked to speak to the manager, a man he got so rude and was not letting me speak. This goes to show they hire anybody a toddler could work there. That lady should not be allowed to work at the front. She doesn’t even know anything and that is not fair because she made a mistake and lied and keep lying and said she do not see my order. Refund me my money now I will never return there again

I needed to use the restroom and almost slipped on the slick floor in the men’s room. No one was wearing hair nets as you can see in the picture, and the counter person could polish up on the customer service skills. The food was slow but tasty.

You need to train your employees on customer service. This is exactly why people don’t even come to this Wendy’s as their first option. I went there at 12:30am on june 29, 2025, and the African American male employee wearing a blue shirt at the window was wholeheartedly slick and rude for no reason and giving me a hard time. All I did was place a mobile order and he was acting like it was the end of the world. He acted like he couldn’t generate my mobile order which is bogus because I know how the system works. I canceled my order and went to the Wendy’s on 199th and 2nd where they actually perform their jobs without all the theatrics.
