I hate that I have to rewrite my review bc the quality wasn’t consistent. This went from a 5 to 3 so quickly since my debut review on this place. It’s really a hit or miss on the freshness of tortillas and the meat. I got stale lemons on a separate occasion and it’s just not right that they just give you old lemons when they had the chance to chop fresh ones. The waitresses were gossiping and distracted most of the time now and even forgot what we ordered because two waitresses came asking the same thing twice. Los cómales food chain has horribly gone down in the past decade. These pictures were from the first day I came eating here and the quality hasn’t kept up since. One important thing is that the veggies in brine juice aren’t fresh anymore either they don’t constantly check on their freshness now they taste expired. The place is very clean and even the walls everything is clean just need to step up the food and service so dissatisfied that I had to come back and lower the rating. Please do better.

They are always so nice. But today I did feel rob . I been going there for 12+ plus years. I usually go there once ot twice a week to have dinner. I always feel like I get for what a pay for but, their lent menu is something else. I first and second time I got the same size and then the 3rd time I order it was tini. It look so different. I brought back and I was told that was the size it has always been. I got lie to my face it a shame that was the customer service was not there and the lady was rude. It’s making me think if I should continue to give them my money

Torta did not disappoint. Stopped by for Dinner and was enough room to get seated right away. The service was good and quick. We got the Tostadas with Guacamole. Guac was fresh and good. Steak torta and steak tacos were very filling. Horchata water was good also.

I always get the combo #7. I get pastor tacos, and I personally think they’re delicious. I love the beans and rice and the onions. I think the chips are tasty and the fruit punch is good. Steak tortas are good but on rare occasion can be a bit too cooked (as for it to be soft) the prices are a bit steep like every other restaurant in the world… which sucks but in total for 2 large drinks, 1 torta, 4 tacos w beans and rice, chips (you have to order and pay for chips btw) came out to like $35

Traditional tacos which are the best. Come on Tuesday for their taco tuesday special. Absolutely my favorite taco spot and I live an hour away but I find myself going at least once every couple weeks.

Taco meat was just fine. I never add salsa but the meat was blah and needed it. Tortillas were amazing. Always love the carrots.
Ordered a meal. Received two tacos. Reminded that I ordered a meal. Later looked at the receipt and was charged for 2 tacos, then one more taco, then rice, beans & a drink all separately. Huh, thanks for overcharging when the mistake was on the waitress.

Very friendly staff and welcoming taco restaurant the food is always prepared freshly and it is delicious. They do have a call in for pick up and a drive thru as well.

This place use to be good. What happened? The poor quality meat, most likely raccoon, to the uncomfortable mouth full of tortilla when you bite into your empty burrito, the prices have gone up, the quality and portions have gone waaaaaay down!

Best los cómales I’ve been too. I had the burrito asada and torta de milanesa doble carne. Slap some carrots on it and drench it with their red sauce. Wash it down with a large horchata. 10/10

I really like how the servers at the drive thru give attitudes when you don’t tip. Comparing my experience 3 years ago to now, it is substantially worse.
If they’re being paid like table servers, and not hourly like other drive thru employees, then management should clarify. Their attitudes would be warranted because they are being cheated. If workers at the window are paid hourly, then some kind of culture needs to change because their displeasure is obvious during the 5m I’m at the window.
Customers don’t expect Chic-fil-A cheeriness, but the treatment after payment is gross and uncalled for.
