A wonderful experience with a fabulous view of St. Thomas. Enjoyed a lovely evening of dining at a very slow pace which was great. After discussing stake references with the waiter, they recommended the wagyu skirt steak. That was actually the same price as the steak I was going to get and it was fabulous. So glad he introduced me to a new steak cut. We also got the deep fried Red snapper and again it was excellent. Salads were both good and my only negative comment was the button. Mushrooms were just way too salty to enjoy..

I had high expectations for Prime, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to them. The steak came out tough and lacked the tenderness you’d expect from a place that specializes in steak. We also tried the Wagyu appetizers, which were pretty mediocre and didn’t stand out in flavor or quality.
The passionfruit crème brûlée for dessert was disappointing as well — the texture and taste just weren’t there.
Service could have been much better. When we politely asked for our steak to be cooked a little more, the waitress seemed visibly annoyed, which made the situation uncomfortable. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price point or expectations. I was hoping for a great night out, but it fell short.

Great place with a great virw of the sunset. Everything we had was very good, steak was perfectly cooked and the sides were top notch. Highly recomend for a great evening meal. The octopus tacos were crunchy and so good. Brussel sprouts were charred and suace-bacon took all the bitter out of them.

Overall simply amazing! Such great hospitality! All the staff was so friendly, inviting, and very knowledgeable about their steak. The team of servers were excellent, but Erik in particular was great! There were good gluten free options for main course, sides, and creme brulee and dessert. The peanut butter cup martini was so good as well! As we ate we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city as the sun set. Highly recommend!

This place was our favorite of the trip! We had the ribeye, Brussels, lobster and they were all incredible! We had the quail lollipops and crostini wagyu appetizers! They were both awesome! Christine was our server, and such a doll. Great energy and very attentive! Views and ambiance were beautiful!

A dear friend of mine came into town to visit me in St. Thomas & we decided to get a fancy dinner. I had heard great things about Prime & this was the perfect opportunity to show her a nice night as well as experience it myself for the first time. The food & drinks were second to none, but most of all the service we received was top notch. From our hostess Diana to our bartenders Jeremy & Joe, we felt like it was their privelage to serve us & create an unforgettable experience for us. Couldn’t recommend Prime more, I look forward to my next dinner here!!

This was my second visit, and it was wonderful. Tom provided excellent service; he was attentive and offered helpful recommendations. While it is expensive, the generous portions are a welcome contrast to some high-end establishments that offer minuscule servings. The plating is elegant, and the meal is satisfying. Furthermore, the views alone justify the cost. The drive is quite steep, so if you are not renting a car, I recommend pre-booking your taxi to avoid any difficulties securing transportation.
