After a long day of work, I decided to treat myself and stop by Biaggio’s Pizzeria and Family Restaurant for some mozzarella sticks. Now listen… I was not expecting them to be $10.99, but I said, “You know what? I deserve this.”

The cashier lady was extremely sweet and friendly, so I was feeling good—until I opened the box and my flabbers were absolutely gasted. These mozzarella sticks were as long as alien fingers. I had to pause and question my life choices for a second, but then I remembered, “Ohhhh… that’s why they’re $10.”

The saltiness was very light—honestly, I could taste that pure pizza cheese spirit coming through. The marinara was light too, like it was trying to watch its calories. It felt like a long diet waiting to happen. LOL.

Overall, funny experience, good vibes, and mozzarella sticks that definitely gave me a story to tell. Would I get them again? Maybe… depends on how dramatic I’m feeling that day.

Came in around 1 with my mother for a quick slice lunch. Warm friendly welcome! Very attentive and accommodating! I absolutely loved the pizza. Did not disappoint . Thank you to the entire staff. I dont remember if we got the name of the lovely host we encountered as we walked in, but from our amazing interaction with her. To the delicious pizza we had! I recommend you to give them a try if you haven’t already….

A friend had bought pizza here before and brought it to a party. The pizza was fantastic, which made us want to dine in when we were near. The experience: started with a salad that came with the meal. As my wife was eating her salad the busboy reached over her to grab something on the table, sticking his elbow in her face. The tables are pretty much on top of each other. So much that when a worker came out to talk to a diner who was not in our party but seated less than a foot from me, the worker was standing directly behind me, and it wasn’t a quiet conversion. The waitress dropped our food off and never came back until she dropped off the check. Yes they were busy but I counted 4 workers standing at tables just chatting to patrons.
The food: first pic is the gnocchi bacon mac and cheese, though it says handmade fresh, it’s definitely frozen. Had a horrible freezer burnt taste. Second pic, eggplant parm sub. Looks pretty, tastes horrible. The eggplant was bitter, all the sauce is just glopped on the top, pick up the sub and you have a puddle of sauce you have to dip your dry sandwich into. There was also a strange odor to the sandwich. Couldn’t tell if it was spoilage or the oil. Also purchased was the shrimp basket. Bad aftertaste like bad oil was used. Then the “coleslaw”. It’s more pickled cabbage. Very sour, not good at all.
So sad, we had great expectations after the pizza, but dining in was almost as horrible as their food. Cost was almost $70 for 3 people to eat horrible food.

Picture doesn’t do it justice. Half of a half was already eaten. It was huge. Absolutely delicious. If delivery was this great I can’t imagine how incredible dine in will be.

Bad experience all the way around! Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and it was so greasy and under cooked. We took 4 paper napkins to drain the grease off the pizza. Under the pizza slices was (surprise) another pool of grease. We had to put the mouthful in a napkin and the other slice we didn’t even bother. The waitress only took one slice of pepperoni off the bill. My husband just wanted to leave. When they brought the slices they left cold bread and cold pizza sauce in a small bowl on the table for my Stromboli. Who serves cold sauce with no Stromboli together? It sat on the table cold. We are nice people and still tipped and the service was below par. We won’t be back. We also took the Stromboli home and there was 2 hairs in the food.

Another update: Went back a 3rd time! We shared another 22 inch cheese steak. This time with Cooper cheeae. Yum. I also had them add sweet peppers to the hot peppers and pickles. I have to give a shout out to Preston? He was there when our server wasn’t and happily ran for a soda refill for us. I gave him a tip. Super nice kid. Only complaint is the paper they put under the cheese steak falls apart. Why not just serve it on a plate? Update: we went back. We orderes a large cheese steak and pierogies to share. Holy large!!! It was huge. I couldnt eat all my half and my husband couldnt eat his half!!! It was delish.
I bought a coupon off Clipp. Was excited to try the place. My son graduated from the police acadamy tonight so we needed a place to celebrate . I called a few mins before we arrived. They got a table ready for us. There was initial confusion about who was waiting on us but once we got waited on…he was fantastic. I wish I knew his name so he could get credit. The only complaint our party of 5 had was my salad. There was 3 little pieces of Cucumber and 3 cherry tomatoes. That’s it. No Crutton’s,onions, or cheese. It was super boring. My Manicotti and garlic bread was good. My daughters pasta, the cheese steak, peanut butter maple burger and French onion burger were all very good. Even the soda was good. The price was spot on. The owner? Came over to ask how our food was. You can tell everyone really wants you to have a good experience. Glad I bought the clipp coupon. We will definitely go back.

Seriously overpriced for pizza that’s just fine. You’ll end up spending over $20 for a single cheese pizza where the cheese and sauce is barely spread to the outer edge. The slice is like 25% crust. On top of that they’ll hit you with a bunch of fees when you go to pay without telling you. So they tell you the price (which is already too high) and then when you scan your card suddenly it’s $4-$5 more on top. Apparently there’s a 10% “cost of good” fee. So they just add 10% just because they feel like it. There’s plenty of better pizza places in the valley that don’t rip you off.

We decided to stop in here for lunch. It was my first time in there. The service and the staff was so above and beyond what I thought it would be the food was awesome. this is just not your average pizza joint…Just a note: Deb split her meal with her mom, so her picture of her clams dish shows only half the portion. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to eat This is the place to go. They also offer outside seating. this place is awesome. I only regret was I didn’t take enough pictures… see our other reviews on our tik tok @debsandwalt

Pizza was very mediocre. There was no flavor punch. The crust is on the bread side. The sauce was bland. The cheese is average. And it was expensive. Almost $10 for 2 very average/mediocre slices. There are many other choices for pizza in the area with better pizza for less cost.

My husband and I have been enjoying Biagio’s food for a very long time. Up until about a year ago everything was perfect. Biagio’s it’s a little bit more pricey then your typical pizzeria but generally was worth it… until about a year ago. This is the third time we purchased pizza and both pizzas have several bald spots (missing cheese)… The first time I didn’t say anything. The second time I called about it. Now, this is the third time and i’m writing a review. As you can see by the pictures I have plenty of crust and several bald spots (missing cheese) on the pizza….. not what I would expect in the past.
Additionally, the sauce used to be so good and lately it just seems sour…
I’m not sure if they have new owners. Or if they cut back on certain things that affected their quality. Either way it’s definitely not worth the price.
Unfortunately , I think we’re going to have to find a new favorite pizzeria.
If this used to be your favorite pizzeria, prepare yourself since you may be disappointed.
If you order take out here I suggest you look at your food before you leave the restaurant.
