Did a mobile order and they were super busy when I came to pick it up. I waited a couple extra minutes for my drink, but my food was ready! The barista was so friendly and even double-checked to make sure I wanted whipped cream with my almond milk drink, it’s the little things that I appreciate. 🙂

This location has the slowest service and after my last experience, I’d rather drive farther out to another Starbucks than patronize this location again.
Waited a bit for someone to take my order – ok. Waited a long time for my order, saw the crew of at least five people chatting it up and taking their time. I’m usually ok with workplace fun because workplaces shouldn’t have to be a drag, but when a customer tells you they’re in a rush and it’s been past a reasonable wait for their order, and you then proceed with no sense of urgency as if to spite the customer – not ok.

I was riding around downtown salt lake on a very hot day felt horrible went to Starbucks and the ac was blasting, I felt better just walking through the door but the care and service were exceptional this was mid august 2025 and I will never forget going from miserable to exceptional. Bravo to the kind hearted folks behind the counter who pay close attention to others needs, I sincerely wish more Emergency rooms did the same.

If you enjoy long wait times, broken equipment, and consistently disorganized service, this might be the place for you. I waited over ten minutes, only to receive my order poorly assembled and missing components. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed, and the overall experience was disappointing.
I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but it’s clear it’s time to find a new home Starbucks.
With the amount of money Starbucks makes you’d think there would be secret shops by the district to ensure company standard.

I ordered a tall brown sugar expresso and asked for Carmel drizzle and they did not ad any Carmel! Charging extra for Carmel and not even putting any is extremely annoying!!

The most competent Starbucks with the sleekest professional service I’ve ever been to. I’m blown away. I brought some hot and tired kids in from a roadtrip and the girl who took our order was so kind, and all the drinks were perfect, made fast and correctly and tasted as awesome. I’m so glad it wasn’t another disappointing Starbucks visit and it really cheered up my camp kids 🙂
