Came in for lunch today and the staff was awesome! They are super friendly, very helpful, and I come from a background of food management so I watched them cleaning and refilling when they weren’t serving customers. Also gentle upsales that as a manager I’d appreciate. They were fast, efficient, and used their time well. It seems like you have a good team so I just thought I’d share one manager to another! Good job!

I have heard about Cupbop long time ago as a fantastic food truck, just found out we have a shop here in downtown Boise, the quality of food is within the expectations, a fast food/street food style and definitely worth the money for the volume. The indoor dining vibe is modern and trendy, the problem is it was not kept clean, there were food remains on other tables the whole time I was there and nobody cared to clean it… The staff are friendly, welcoming and patient, just need to pay more attention on the dining environment.

Ordered from doordash and was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I love how they let you pick your spice level. The Korean dumplings were really good and the sauce to dip them in was so tasty. The only complaint I have is the price for the size of the kimchi – $3.25 for a condiment container size. Altogether I really liked everything and would definitely recommend.
