When the TWINS was working here, this Wingstop food was amazing!!!! NOW IT’S TRASH!!! After taking a break from Wingstop for about 6 months or more I starting coming back maybe in October & noticed my last few orders wasn’t the same. Chicken sandwiches were done LAZY!!! After this complaint I’m just realizing THE TWINS are not running this location anymore! DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME WINGSTOP FOOD QUALITY::::: you are warned!!! I’m not putting all this effort in making this complaint review FOR NO REASON! Especially after the treatment i received arriving back when i told them i was on my way. GOT MY REFUND after that treatment i don’t want their foul energy making my food over. If you still took your food after reading this, you either don’t care becuz you hungry OR don’t care about Quality!!! P.S. i came on time for my food and it was cold ! They told me from now on COME SOONER , they said i better come 10minutes

This is my second time ordering. I went inside after the pandemic. I ordered from a young lady who was barely smiling. They don’t offer much deals. Wings are okay with different flavors. But the FRIES are soggy like the very first time I had it during the pandemic. I wouldn’t even recommend the FRIES to anybody. Didn’t come out crispy. I got charged a $1 to change the Veggies for extra fries. I ask the girl to make sure the FRIES are fresh and not Soggy. Guess I was wrong again. Just plain Nasty!! Da NEW Sauce Lemon Herb just like Lemon Pepper.

1 thing I’ll say is they get a lot of business here. So much that when I arrived they told me if I wanted wings with the bone in them it would be at least a 30 minute wait because they were filling so many borders. I said wow!!! They said boneless would be maybe a 10-15 minute wait so I opted for the boneless. I got a 10 piece with drink and fries. I sat down by the window and observed the surroundings. Inside had delivery drivers in and out, but it was peaceful and quiet. There were a few hobos in the complex. Free parking lot. The establishment is decorated softly with old pictures on the wall as well as on the tables. Plenty if space inside. You get your own fountain drink here. I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic wings…I didn’t know they were dry rub but it was ok..I’m not going to complain. I wanted wet wings but I enjoyed the spot. Friendly staff. Great spot to sit and talk with someone.

They stop taking orders before closing. Like an hour before? Can’t order online or in person. Seems like an odd way for a business to operate. Most stores accept orders when open.
Still the case updated 8/24/25 they keep chicken warm close to closing, it’s really awful and they sprinkle the topping on the chicken instead of tossing it. Their staff is entirely teenagers in their ability to be held responsible rn. It tasted fantastic just weeks ago. Probably lost a manager. They need to fix things I hope this review helps.

I ordered mild wings but they were so dry it tasted like there was barely any spice. Pretty sure they seasoned my Cajun fries w sugar instead of salt because they tasted sweet… literally sweet fries with wings. It was so gross & this entire order was a waste of money.

Word of advice, if you suffer from hypertension, stay away from this place. I decided to give this spot a chance and I immediately regretted it. I ordered their Garlic parmesan boneless wings. First, I expected the wings to be tossed in sauce not dusted in rub. Second, they exaggerated on the salt, not only on the boneless wings but the fries as well. I had the classic wings in mild sauce and the sauce was okay but they should have taken all the excess salt from everything else and sprinkled it in the wings. I gave it 2 stars because they had parking and the inside of the location was nice. The area, however, is .. questionable. Make sure you lock your doors and ask them to hold back on the salt… way back.

I went here and the service was horrible, the wait was unbelievable, 40 min. for a 30 piece order, smh. The place was dirty and some of the tables had trash on it for the whole hour I waited and ate there. I would never eat at this wingstop again. The one on RT.22 is way better then this one even though it’s smaller in size.

Last time I was here the service was great. However this time. They for got a 10 piece wing order. Thankfully I checked my bag before I left the store. I feel if I would have gotten in the car they would not believe me. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my second order of wings so the first one was cold. Also the cook kept coughing and wiping his face. Didn’t change his gloves once. I say this wing stop has reall gone down hill

Wingstop always comes through with solid food and quick service. Whether I’m craving wings late at night or during the day, they always deliver — literally and flavor-wise. The wings are crispy, saucy, and cooked just right. I usually go for the lemon pepper and mango habanero — can’t go wrong. Fries are seasoned perfectly and the ranch is a must. It’s my go-to wing spot when I want something tasty, reliable, and fast. Never had a bad experience here.
