My mobile order defaulted to this restaurant even after switching it on the app. I had to drive 15 minutes to get to this restaurant from home. I was upset by this and when I get here they didn’t have my order ready. I asked for a refund, they said they can’t. I expressed my displeasure with this incident. They finally found my order and made it. I got home and instead of chicken nuggets they filled the boxes with tarter sauce. We didn’t eat anything else for fear of what they may have done to it. I will be contacting a lawyer.

There’s always a long way you always have to pull forward. But the picture that i’m gonna share is where I draw the line its absurd you can’t even put my burger together the right way. It seems intentional. You don’t accidentally put a burger upside down.Those buns are clean.

Kara was absolutely rude. The order taker took my order wrong. Thats not my fault. Bjt I want the food I ordered. Told her I was missing stuff and nothing but a complete attitude. Willing to pay for what they wrang in wrong. Do better. If cant deal with the public shouldn’t be in customer service. Pay attention when people are ordering, and kindness never hurts.

I go to McDonald’s every morning between this location and the one in Florence, and it’s a big toss in the air of how your food is gonna come to you or your drink, I come every morning and get a caramel iced coffee with extra extra caramel, they will charge U for the extra. Extra caramel, but they will not put the caramel in there and they will hand you a coffee drink that looks like milk. The reason why i’m leaving this review is because both windows you made sure you got my extra caramel right She replies, yep, got it. Second window soon as they hand it to me. I’m like, why is it so light? Oh, it’s the cream in it. Get it together, guys like it should not depend on certain employees. It’s like if if a certain employee is working. You’re gonna get your right stuff. If that one employee’s not there, you’re getting whatever the hell they hand you, I took a picture of this drink. This iced caramel coffee looks like milk. And when I addressed it, it’s, it’s just where she started. You insult people’s intelligence, especially people that come through every day, they know what it’s supposed to look like if I could give it 0 stars, I would I’ll never go to this location again. This is the second time they’ve done this. The last time the girl was like. Oh I got you next time. No, it doesn’t work like that lady. I’m here now. I’m paying now.

I work right down the street and get breakfast here 2-3 a week – Ron is awesome. He worked this morning at the drive thru and I’m hoping I read his name tag right BUT a couple weeks ago he smelled my jeep fumes when he opened his window and told me I had an oil leak! I had no idea. Took it to the shop the same day and my jeep was super messed up and leaking and burning oil. He is so nice and so fast. Give him a raise- great employee. !!!!!!

From the time you get in line at the drive thru to the time you receive your food is around 30 to 35 minutes?? And that’s if your only 6th in line. It’s like there is no help. Then the rudeness at the windows! Wow. If I hated my job this bad? I sure wouldn’t take it out on customer’s.

Past two orders on different days have been wrong. First time it was the evening second was morning. The first time it was a double cheeseburger short. Second time it was a bacon egg biscuit short. Pay attention when you receive your food and check for items ordered to be in the bag.

The employees do nothing but fight up there every time I’ve ordered at this place. It’s been an issue. They either forget sauce or forget an item that I ordered when you call. Nobody answers all around. It seems like a whole bunch of little kids working. Morning shift is great 2nd shift sucks do better do bed
