Looking at the reviews -I totally agree and i will never come back here again. This goes way back to management, how is it possible for me not to be able to get a refund? You guys made my order super sloppy !!! and not handle with care even though I repeated myself more than once ! . I asked for tacos with no hot sauce yet my tacos had hot sauce . I order a bowl with extra chicken and there was no chicken , I order curly fries and got mixed fries . And on top of that I order a milkshake Oreo flavor they didn’t even mix the Oreo cookie it was straight ice cream scoops . This is the most sloppiest service ever . I had the right to ask for a refund and it’s been a hassle , I will never come here again . Experience was terrible!

Went through the drive thru . Had to repeat everything on my order at least 3 times . 3 sourdough jacks … 1 w/ pickle . 2 kids means and a jumbo jack . Took over 5 mins to order . Get our order has only 3 sandwiches. Go back through … Oh they only have 2 sourdough . Pay for another one … Get home and the first 2 have a handful of onion and no bacon . And a half a pickle . This is absolutely rediculous. Will not be going back .

So I go into the Jack in the box today….. And I want to get me a double jumbo Jack with cheese. I noticed right away the places of mess Dusty’s counters and trash on the floor but whatever right? So I ordered my double jumbo Jack she asked me do you want cheese yes I want cheese thank you I paid $9 for it and some change. And I wait like 10 minutes… Finally she gives me my bag and I drive home. RUDEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! i live down the street and always come to this location. Thanksgiving drive thru and line wasn’t long but it was a very long wait at around 3:30pm.
At least they were open and workers were doing what they could with what looked like a limited # of them.
