I just spent $74.48 on my family’s dinner from the app to do something where my address was not saved it only saved to the store. My dash driver will not answer my phone calls would not text me back. Did not call me when they got to the gate like the instructions said. Drove past me sizing me up then texting me I’m at the door. I’m standing outside by the front gate. I get to my door he’s like oh I knew that was you. He went on to tell me how he had got confused because it said the store address. I respond that’s nice you should have text me back or answer your phone. Jack in the box update your system it should not be able to process an order that has their address.

First, let me apologize for making a big order at like 1am . I’m so sorry to the workers. Anyways food was great. I always get the munchie meal box cause to us, it’s cheaper than getting the meal itself. The employees were nice and shout-out to our boy taking orders and handling the customers thru the drive thru.. I didn’t get his name, but he was wearing a hair net and made us laugh

So I waited around 15 mins in the rain after going through drive thru at around 8:50-9:07pm and paid close to $40 for cold fries which look bottom of the barrel and a cold number one combo. It’s like the burger was sitting forever and they just changed the toppings. When I bite the fries they were cold. I was also supposed to get curly fries for one of the kids combos and I got regular fries. I tried to call numerous times and receive some type of accountability and it just rang through. Why would you have me wait for cold food in the rain? I won’t be coming back to this location ever.

Let’s be honest this place haven’t been good since before the pandemic and it seems like it’s getting worse. I basically paid for the patty only because the orange sauce they put on the burger was extremely nasty. The lettuce was white which means it was old lettuce. I had to build my own burger from home using the patty, you will see that in the photos, the original and mines. Notice how my lettuce is green and my bun is unbothered. If you go to this location you WILL feel like you wasted your money. Overall bad service and the worst drive thru customer service. Don’t do survey on receipt because management won’t reach out to you when you asked them to. Or they want fix the bad service by the staff.

2024 November 4th review
I went here to get their biscoff shake. First they rung me up for some type of iced coffee and I don’t drink coffee at all. They did verify at the window what I wanted and I told them. I watch them make the shake and they put some type of yellow liquid in it. It seem very wrong to me. Then they mixed it and put some biscoff cookies on top. I got my receipt and it said RG Noggy shake. So I’m thinking they may have made my shake wrong. I really hope they did. This shake is disgusting!!!! I poured it down the sink.
If you want a piece of cheesecake that won’t break the bank, the one from here is not a bad option. It’s $2 a slice, it won’t be a good as the cheesecake factory but it is descent.

I go here all the time but today was just bad. I waited 15 min for my food that was burnt. I ordered spicy tenders then as I was waiting the window was open and a guy that was NOT making drinks got like 3 small cups and just scooped the ice using the cup with his bare hands, no gloves. The guy making the drinks and women at the window had gloves on & he was using the scooper for the ice. I called to speak to a manager but it was acting like the phone was not in service.
