Build Your Own Grand Scam. I visited your location today and am displeased with your pricing. I order a BYOGS with just 4 eggs(Scrabbled w/cheese) and 4 bacon. This is the 4 item that the BYOGS includes. However when I received my bill I was charged additionally for 2 orders of egg w/cheese.
What confuses me is cheese is not listed as a premium item. I did not ask for a specialty waffle. I’m trying to eat better I just wanted eggs and bacon. And eggs are already included in the price of the BYOGS.
I paid my bill, I didn’t take it out on your waitress, I remained professional, and cordial. I’m not seeking compensation.
However $20 is way too high of an ask for 4 eggs Scrabbled with cheese, 4 slices of pre-cooked reheated bacon, and a fountain sprite.
Do better!

This Denny’s, tucked inside a Flying J, offers exactly what you’d expect—no frills, just familiar diner fare done right. Service was sufficient: quick, polite, and efficient. The food hit the usual marks—fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, eggs just right.
Clean bathrooms and a steady flow of travelers gave the place a practical charm. You’re not here for ambiance, but for a solid, predictable meal on the road, it gets the job done.

The biggest problem is how they rip you off. You can get a slam with 2 eggs made anyway hash browns and toast for 5 dollars but 3 eggs scrambled with a little cheese is 13 dollars. Not everyone needs the hash browns and toast based on dietary restrictions. Just wanting 3 eggs compared to the full meal should not cost close to 3 times as much. I’d that is how Denny’s operational model works now. That is a joke. 13 dollars for that little bit of egg is the problem.

Our waiter Roger was great! Very personable and prompt. Food was also good. Place could have been a little cleaner but it was also after lunch.

My biggest complaint is waiting 45 minutes for our food. Other than that, it was fine. Our waitress Summer was nice.

It took an hour and two waitresses to get our breakfast that was not even worth waiting for. No ‘real’ apologies, no excuses just extremely long wait time and extremely sub par food that didn’t even look appetizing. Best part of my breakfast was the fruit. If it was my first visit, it would be my last. Probably will be anyway with so many options out there.

I sat down at a table, and the waiter — a man — completely ignored me. He was working with an attitude of total disrespect and arrogance, as if customers don’t matter at all. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. The level of rudeness and neglect at this Denny’s is absolutely disgraceful. I expect the management to investigate this incident and provide a response regarding the situation.
