First time here. My sister and I were hungry after leaving Tom’s Market..and she spotted their “Dole” whip sign! So we stopped in for a couple cheeseburgers, fry and dole whip.
Super friendly lady behind counter. The burgers were so good & tasty! We loved them. We’re told they are fresh angus beef patties and they had great flavor. We enjoyed sitting outside eating on their picnic tables. Made for a relaxing day. And dole whip was totally yummy! We’ll be back!

Finally got some time to visit this establishment in Huntley. I am not sure why it took so long but glad we finally stopped by. Staff was very friendly. Many options on the menu and can be a bit overwhelming so it took a bit of time to figure out what I wanted even though I was 90% sure I wanted to taste their burgers. I was happy to see they had sweet potato fries. . All food was delicious and prices were reasonable. My wife tried their milkshake and she liked it. We are looking forward to the next visit so we can try some more menu options.

I started going back to the Dairy Mart in 2005, the menu was extensive and they were overstaffed (all be it with young kids). I stopped by today to bring the family and I was really disappointed. Menu is 1/2 the size it used to be and service has fallen off drastically. Mr Pibb was overly sweet so I changed it out and a smaller cup size was given. They forgot the ranch dressing I ordered and forgot a small fry. Not one time did I get a sorry in going to the window 3 times.

The food is amazing. The joint only stays open during the warm season, but their food is absolutely fabulous. The prices are fair depending on how much you order, but you will fall in love with everything on the menu.

2/10 Got there no one even greeted with a hello just stared at until we said our order. Then went to ice cream line and waited 10 minutes for two small cones!! Wasn’t even given an explanation or apology. Food still wasn’t up, asked about it and they completely skipped and missed our order. waited another 5-10 mins and still wasn’t even told anything not even a sorry for the wait, nothing. I said it out loud to my friend and it wasn’t until then when the “manager” said it will be right out sorry guys. Hot dogs were cold looked cut or something and cheese fries had very very little cheese on them. I expected more as it was my first time visiting.

The staff was so amazing and friendly. So welcoming! We stopped on a whim and it was so worth it! We had the pork tenderloin sandwich, the turkey Bacon club, and the fish dinner. We also couldn’t resist the onion rings and tots as a side. The tenderloin was so good, and I got to pick my toppings. They loved the club and the dinner, too. The onion rings were a little soggy with oil – but we came during a rush so maybe the oil got a little cool! Next time I have to save room for a shake!

We found this gem while looking for ice cream one night. We had ordered a variety of different treats and they were all delicious. I got a Boston shake, which apparently is a shake with a sundae on top of it. Delicious, and fun.

Great little roadside stop (and I’m sure locals love it too). Only tried the ice cream – butterscotch sundae with pecans was super tasty. I would go back for food if I’m out that way.

Great old fashioned ice cream experience. We take our dogs here every year for birthday cones. The staff always has a smile on their faces and soft serve is as good as it’s always been. Wonderful family experience, perfect for a warm Sunday afternoon stop off.
