So, I am going to start this out by saying I have only been to this Hardee’s one time before and it was years ago. But if I recall the service and food was very good then… But this time it was an amazing experience!!!! I went through the drive-thru at approximately 2:00 a.m. and was greeted by a friendly woman named Brittany. I had just downloaded the app and had no idea how to use it, but had a free sandwich that was available that I didn’t know how to get. I explained this to her and after I ordered she had me pull around to the window and walked me through every step to get a free Frisco melt!!! She had a smile on her face the whole time and she brightened my night up a whole lot.
The world would be a much better place with more people like her in it. 100% I will be coming back, probably around the same time so I can see Britney again! Thank you for everything, and by the way the food was amazing too!

Donna and Abby were amazing customer service and on top of that the food was commercial worthy. It was served hot, fresh and delicious! I wish other fast food joints kept this type of integrity. I hope you see this Donna & Abby.

Arrived at the restaurant at approximately 10:20pm. Was greeted by a young man, I didn’t catch his name tag, but the receipt said Cameron. Was absolutely a pleasure to speak to, as he was very friendly and polite. I got the 2 for $8 frisco burgers. I casually mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy them for another hour or so, but without asking, he wrapped them up a bit extra to keep them as fresh as possible. Absolutely solid customer service, will be back again for sure!!!

It’s ok I guess. They advertise for stuff they don’t carry long after it’s gone, but since youre there ya might as well order there. And we got a Frisco sandwich, 3 small tenders, 2 small shakes and it was $25. Some places can pull off jacking prices up, but not Hardee’s.

The two women, who helped us with our order, were very friendly and helpful. Sadly, the food wasn’t that good. My wife’s Chicken Tenders had a mix of overcooked and dry as well as juicy pieces. The Candied Bacon Frisco Burger was good, but with all of the toppings and sauces I couldn’t tell if the bacon was candied or not. Then both slices of crispy and buttered bread were barely room temperature. The fries weren’t even hot at all.

TRUCK PARKING!!!!! Excellent location near some of everything! Excellent customer service! Everyone was nice and professional on morning shift and daytime! They made my food the way I asked without a tussle! I asked for the fries I sandwich to be toasted and look just like the picture they did so happily! Food was nice and fresh! Bathrooms were clean and they have cinnamon and raisin biscuits back yaaaay!!! Excellent Hardee’s!!! I will definitely have to stop by again

Very polite employees. When I ask about only getting two drinks instead of the four that came with my meal deal, the cashier was very quick to rectify the mix up. They were quick and resolved the problem efficiently.
I would go back just because the employees were professional and pleasant. And the food was nice and hot and made fresh, which is always a plus.

Hardee’s delivered a tasty experience! The half order of biscuit and gravy was deliciously satisfying, and the Frisco breakfast sandwich was spot-on. Though the coffee was a tad bitter, the overall breakfast was a delightful treat.

Waited in line about 5 minutes to place order around 9:30 am. Heard employee talking and arguing with boyfriend on phone. Finally a girl took my order and the whole time the manager was on the phone. Finally got my food. Egg on the biscuit was hard around the edges and cheese was hard. Not to mention biscuit was hard enough to fill the pot holes in the parking lot.
