Excellent food. Great service. It’s so busy, but that speaks to how amazing the food is. Went on a holiday Monday, and it was busy. Waited about 15 minutes, exactly what the hostess had pointed out, so we were prepared. I had a pastrami Reuben with onion rings, and my wife had a half tuna sandwich with a cup of chicken matzo ball soup. Amazing, will absolutely be going back. Stopped counting how many times we’ve eaten there. This is a hard recommend.

First time here, very impressed woth the place, food I ordered pastrami on rye with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo and mustard. It comes with pickles and pickled tomato also side of coleslaw slaw, fruit, or potato salad, or soups for additional charge, they have a little bakery that sells out fast breads, salads, sweets, or other bake goods. I highly recommend this place or anyone wanting good food and bake goods. I will be back!

My family loves this place.
The bagels are so fresh. I had their hash the other day and the horseradish based sauce was excellent. My mother had the French toast and it was massive and a piece of art. My wife had eggs with a bagel and fruit. It’s nice to have some healthier options we don’t get from the other diners we visit.

The shop is cute and tucked away in the corner of the plaza. The girl at the front counter was very friendly, and the guy behind the counter was super helpful with recommendations on sandwiches and bread types. The space is clean, with both a dine-in area and a to-go counter.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with a side of potato salad to go. This is where my experience took a slight dip.

First, I think $20 for the sandwich is pretty steep. I understand that everything is fresh and good-quality, but the portion size and overall taste didn’t feel worth the price.

Second, I personally wasn’t a fan of the chicken salad. While others might enjoy it, I found the chicken to be a bit tough and hard to chew, and the flavor was pretty mild. The potato salad was also bland. I ended up adding a good amount of their hot sauce just to give the sandwich some flavor.

Third, the sandwich construction made it a little difficult to eat. The chicken salad was placed as a single scoop in the center rather than being spread evenly across the bread.

It also would’ve been nice to be given, or at least offered, utensils for the to-go order. I ended up eating the potato salad with the side pickle, which surprisingly worked out as a flavor combo, but still not ideal.

Overall, I wouldn’t say this place is bad at all, especially since they have plenty of other menu options. But based on the flavor, sandwich build, and price point, I wasn’t fully satisfied and probably won’t return for a while.

Go early, seating is limited and this place is in high demand.

We had to wait about 10 minutes for our table, and the wait was worth it. Immediately greeted with a warm smile and a drink order. We took a little time reviewing the menu as there were so many options.

I ordered the Ceily’s Stack and it did not disappoint. Rich, savory, and hearty, this dish is enough food for two hungry adults, I could not eat it all. The Rueben was a big hit at the table as well.

It’s not cheap food, it’s not fast foot, It’s real good food. Go and take the time and have a meal here, you will not leave hungry.

It was out first time here for lunch. It was so delicious, our server was friendly & helpful. Our server & the bakery man went out if their way to put together a delicious bread pudding dessert for us! We went back for breakfast a few days later as well. They serve generous portions of delicious, fresh food. The Matzo ball chicken soup was our first ever & it was so delicious!!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by a very attentive and engaging host. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated within five minutes. The atmosphere is lively with both a sit-down restaurant and a deli/dessert counter filled with baked goods and sweets—all made on site.

We ordered the open-face Reuben sandwich and the French dip, both of which were outstanding. The slaw was crisp and flavorful, the perfect side. To finish, we tried the carrot cake, and it was truly one of the best we’ve ever had—moist, rich, and perfectly spiced.

Fisher Deli is a gem in Henderson, delivering great food, warm hospitality, and an impressive selection of house-made desserts. Highly recommend!

The new owners are very nice and run the deli /restaurant very well. They did A great job remodeling the whole place and even the bathroom is remodeled it looks really good and they are very good at re-organizing the whole place so there’s not a line they have a hostess now they’re also open for dinner and they also have a cappuccino machine now, so the place is really improved and I’m so happy because it’s definitely great food and the prices are really good

Fisher Delicatessen is an absolute gem. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, potato salad, peanut butter cookie, macaroons, cowboy cookie, and the classic black and white cookie and every single bite was incredible. Truly one of those meals where you can’t stop eating it’s so good!

The recent renovation deserves its own applause. The space is stunning, bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed without losing that classic deli charm. You can tell every detail was well thought out! Even the hand soap stood out. Soft, luxe, and clearly chosen with intention. That kind of attention says everything.

What really sets Fisher Delicatessen apart though is the people. The owners are absolutely fabulous and are there every day, genuinely present and invested. They’ve created more than just a deli. They’ve built a true community. Walking in they make you feel so welcome. They treat you like family.

If you haven’t been yet, go. If you’ve been before, go again. This place is special!
